How come when I wear most of my tank gear and etc, my fatigue is work down to about 2/3s it's normal. But alistair still has a full 3/3?
Tank fatigue problem.

what equipment are you wearing? Are you using a particular item set to reduce fatigue?

No just starting the game with a new character. I find it odd that alister has no fatigue loss with his armor on.

Theres a skill which you can unlock early on which reduces the fatigue penalty. It is likely Alistair has this ability enabled where as you havent selected it yet. I take it you are playing as a warrior
Just compare your abilities to Alistairs and see if this is the case.
