GI has been called Jehuty for well over a year now.

Only my Volus dont have names. Instead they are numbered. I hate them too much to name them.

Depends on why I'm naming them. Characters I use frequently, I name. Even sometimes have a little backstory for them in my brain. Also, every Geth is named 'Geth,' just with some spaces after on some of them. I feel like it's fitting, since they don't give themselves names.

Some, though, I create specifically around some gimmick or to complete a single challenge, and those I usually give joke names to, or just a random couple of letters.

Mine always have names (usually stupid ones), so I'm very pleased we don't have to rename and repaint them after promotion any more...

I'm fondest of my Geth - Locutus the Engineer, Geth 404 (Infiltrator) and the Juggernaut, Metallic*ck.

And Pikachu the Collector, but he's not yellow.

I was flipping through my characters earlier tonight and discovered that apparently I named one of my krogan "Steve." I have no idea why I decided on that name since all my other names more or less fit the world lore, but it amuses me, so I'm leaving it.

I named all my asari after seafood.




Caldari Ghost goes to my N7 Shadow.



Legion-Shields goes to my Geth Infiltrator.

My Asari Huntress is Calamari.

I like to name the character after how I spec it. Female Human Infiltrator is freeze because she has no sticky nades.

I have a Paladin named Rakeesh O'Chul (From both Quest for Glory and Order of the Stick), an AIU called Rosie Halera (The Jetsons, and... oh come on you surely know about HAL) a human (male) Engineer called Jeff Thorton (EarthBound - nameshare with Joker coincidental - and Pokémon) all my geth platforms share the same name, Floyd Thorton (Uh, I forget the name of it, but it's some old text adventure series, and fittingly Floyd dies at the end, and also familial bonds) My N7 Destroyer is called Blake Gunther (just a stupid gun pun) with my volus Sentinel sharing the same vein, Kala Uel (kill you all) and my volus Adept carries the only name lifted from Shepard's travels, Niftu Cal. (He went one better than tossing Wasea about like a ragdoll, he cleared Glacier of geth all by himself)

I'm a graphic designer, all my characters are named after fonts.

So, I guess some are "proper" names...Bodoni, Garamond, Goudy, Haettenschweiler (he's a Volus), Peignot, Stempel...loads of choices.

One of my favourite names though is Shuriken Boy, yes it's really a font.

That's how I feel about the KroShaman. Every other kit got a decent name, but somehow, he became the scapegoat I needed to vent on how I felt about the lackluster finish on the Retaliation weekly kits.

I loathe re-skins, so him being the scapegoat; he's never been played. He's only been named: Shaman. Ironic, because that's actually a lore-friendly name, instead of the resented title I was going for.

Stupid and petty, I know, but I'm shallow like that.
