Oh wait, let me make this relevant. Do you think all the original voice actors will return for Inquisition ( I really don't care if you answer this but feel free)

I'm mopping up a few leftover achievements in Skyrim and I could've sworn I heard Meridith, in Meridia ( Daedric Prince, quest BREAK OF DAWN ), Zevran all over the place ( especially with Khajit, Kesh the Clean ex. found in THE ONLY CURE ), and Fenris' super distinct voice all over the place ( I think atleast one person in the original Dark BrotherHood Sanctuary has it ).- If you're in the know yea I was hunting the oblivion walker achievement. These quests are sooooo good. The artifacts meh, my pinky does 50,000 physical damage so w/e.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's kind of awesome ( if that is the case ) if not a little awkward.

And yea, see for yourselves if you want.

Apparently you don't even have to be an experienced voice actor. Or was Jessica Chobot just a rare exception to the rule?

Chris' statement says nothing about experience being a requirement for being used, but rather that the very experienced voice actors are very talented, and get used for a lot of things. As such, they are frequently used in a wide variety of titles.  Since this thread is about the proliferation of voice actors throughout games, I support this statement (see: Jennifer Hale).

Unless you're supposing that Jessica Chobot's voice has also been used in a wide variety of games (even a wide variety of BioWare games), it's actually not relevant to Chris' point.
