Sometimes, i'll miss a geth bomber three or four times with my one shot weapon, and take out the rocket, and nuke the ground under my feet to kill it. lolnofriendlyfire.

While I agree for the most part, rockets during wave 11 can sometimes come in handy. Let's say that after the wave 10 objective, the team is scattered and all the enemies spawn at the spot you were planning to defend. Isn't a missile justified then, so the team can get in position and prepare to defend until extraction?

You have 6 missiles to use a match, so people can use them as they please. Do I like it when teammates missile on wave 11? No. If it makes players feel better to score on top by missiling everything on extraction, so be it.
I do however, have a problem when players do this and couldn't be bothered to help out before wave 11.

what if they really did need the experience
thank god its over, but i used to ask my team to use up all their rockets (friends, of course) to help me level up for that stupid n7 challenge

I personally don't care when people use rockets. If you want to launch all 6 to boost your score on wave 11 go for it. Doesn't bother me in the least.

Thats why I check score at begining of wave 10 to see whos pulling thier weight. We had a guy go from 30k in 10 waves of platinum while spectating most of the match to 75k by games end when he blasted his 9 rockets in waves 10-11. I was glad he finally helped in wave 10 but we still kicked him after game.

If the game was easy thoughout due to everyone using rockets as per needed, then blowing the rest on wave 11 is fine. Your teammates have to be of a certain caliber to make 10 waves that easy and that means they can handle wave 11 just fine. I do dumb things with rockets such as shooting the shuttle in such circumstances
HOWEVER, if you were the only guy to use all your rockets to drag 3 morons to wave 11, most people would not be happy to see rockets continously coming out of the butts of the 3 morons on the one wave where it does nothing especially when the match time is already over 30 mins. It doesn't affect me since i'll be bunkered down and ensuring i suppress a spawn spot fully but it is at best facepalming, at worst infuriating moment. In these cases, I'll be supporting the enemy faction to sync kill the lot so i can run over their corpses

Yeah, except would you do it at the expense of everyone else? The game I'm referencing had NUMEROUS occasions where escort drones went through boss spawns, multi-device hacks that needed missiles to clear multiple turrets, and the guy NEVER used ONE. Which is inexcusable, really.
