Haven't played any ME since the EC was inflicted on us.

Oh, except the ME3 demo, because I got Kingdoms of Amalur at a sale, and I thought you get something in that for playing it, like you do in ME3 for playing the KoA demo. Not sure if you do, but I figured might as well try. That demo was such a fail. The camera kept getting stuck on the floor below.

The MEHEM needs to be released on all platforms with official polish. Then I might be tempted to try some of the ME3 DLC.

The only ME3 I'll be playing is the multiplayer part, I think I'm done with the singleplayer. Other than that, I'll be playing mostly ME2, I actually prefer the combat cover based gameplay. But mainly, the story and character development is just better, at least to me.

I created a pro-Cerberus Shepard, its good to try something new, and so far I like it.

There are days when I want to play a ME game but I find there is nothing in my games collection worth playing because I think ME1 is a chore to play, ME3 renders everything about ME2 ( my favourite game in the trilogy ) to be useless and/or pointless and I hate the way ME3 has been structured and designed ( to be blunt, I don't have fun when I play ME3, playing ME3 is almost as big a chore as playing ME1 ).

A few nights ago I booted up ME3 for the first time in months, completed the Geth Dreadnaught and quit my game without saving ( so an hour worth of gameplay went straight down the toilet ) and I don't really care at all, I don't even have any motivation to go back to ME3 any time in the near future. It will probably be another 2 or 3 months before the craving for some more ME gameplay comes back to me and I reboot ME3 but it usually only takes about 5 minutes with ME3 for me to realise how much ME3 betrays everything that I loved about ME1 and ME2 and I become bitter and resentful.

I'll never play past cronos. And I'll more than likely never play past Citadel DLC. Right now I've got my femshep vanguard with all 12 ME2 survivors to play, but it's really hard. Not just cause the ending ( still awful) but because the game is just getting old and I've played Mass Effect so much. So I'm just getting really bored with it. I think my time with Shepard is drawing to its end. I've done it all, pretty much, there's some small things that I haven't done but nothing even rometly big in the grand scheme. So.... Yeah. It's getting harder for me to play it. Plus, there's just so many great games. Play Metro Last Light now, and it's amazing. Plus BF3, Halo 4 the list goes on and on. And GTA5, more bioshock content, Splinter Cell, BF4 and new consoles are still on the horizon. So I don't think there's a lot of time for Mass Effect in the future.

Then the big one's........ Metal Gear Solid 5 and The Witcher 3. My body is ready... But is my soul?!?!!!

Same Here!

I played once with Destroy end was ok.Then I made a failrun ending Control, never managed to finish as much disappointment.Because it always ended with the EC.
My end is citadel and  this:

Me. I could replay it when I held hope that the ending would be fixed with DLC. But I don't think I'll ever be able to play it again, which sucks.

why do people feel the need to play the same game 10 times?

I still play ME 1 and 2. I have all of the DLC's for both, and enjoy seeing new parts of both of those games - although there is very little I have not seen. And yes, I danced with Liara and Ashley in Flux on the Citadel in ME1.

ME3 is great for playing the Multiplayer. Its fast, its fun, its a blast. The SP though...... not so much. I just can't. Its depressing and loathesome.

Tradition, nostalgia, fondness.

Do you not have a movie you repeatedly watch? Same thing.

"Might" isn't much of an incentive a year-plus after release, is it?

the one and only thing that would get me back into ME3 again is feeling nostalgic for biotics.

other then that id rather play other games that do what ME3 tried to do, better.

I have 20+ playthroughs of each ME1 and ME2

I played them that many times because I loved them

If TW2 had NG+ I would have played it more than the 3 times I played it.....possibly in the range of a dozen if not more, that is what I do with the games I love

Get MEHEM , here's the MEHEM Trailer get the Citadel DLC and it'll feel better if you headcanon the Party after Shepard's rescue and discharge from hospital.

this.....

but even after getting mehem  i still havnt  played another playthough of  any of them ...there are more things  wrong  with ME3.and    than they did  right  in general terms ME3 is a failiure at least in my opinion  it  had a backwards shockwave effect on being able to enjoy the other 2.

I always do it with things I like.

It started with movies and TV shows.

I've watched LOST countless times...and I can't even control anything there.

Playing through the ME trilogy is like watching my favorite tv series...and I also have the option to change things up a bit for each playthrough if I wanted to.

In a game like Mass Effect, you can create enough variances that each playthrough is appreciably different at least a few times. That aside, someone like myself loves to repeat view movies and TV shows. Games are no different. I don't know how many times I beat my SNES games, but I do know that it was well over 10x each.

Haven't touched any ME game since last year in june I think.
The end of ME3 ruined it all, won't play it ever again and ME4... We'll see, won't preorder.

There were a long time that I didn't play ME3. I had lost interest completely. But the MEHEM got me playing again. It's truly a game saver and now I can enjoy my favorite trilogy again. I'm still quite bitter about Thane but... well... there can never be mods for that and it's something I just have to accept. But thank God for MEHEM.

Don't know about ME4... I guess I'll wait for the player reviews before deciding whether or not to buy. Definitely not going to pre-order.

Just finished my first complete trilogy (+ all DLC) run ending up with Destroy ending. It took around 150+ hours and was hell of a ride. I love everything about the game, except the ending. I got a perfect one (100% readiness, 7800 assets) with Shepard living but still hoped for something more than few static drawings with brief commentary.

I instantly did a Citadel rerun with MEHEM and it provided the reunite scene I missed in the original, although I prefer to think that all the synthetics including EDI are wiped out by the Catalyst. Kind of accepted it as a part of my choice though.

Still, I love the trilogy so much that I'm not going to replay. All the hype, emotions, action, laugh and cries were once in a lifetime experience and I don't want to span it. For me it was like a favourite book, or a favourite tv show starting with the same BioWare logo. I can say I really lived this world, this war and these characters. So now I feel like I've lost a friend :(

BUT I still have the post-war Citadel party to be held! Yay! :D
