Bjornin does not recognise that all the half ogres have been killed.
Could that be because one of them was charmed when it was killed?
If so, is there a way of competing the quest?
Creating another half-ogre perhaps?
My set-up is vanilla plus DSoSC.
No recognition that all the half-ogres have been killed.

Best way is to look in Shadowkeeper but with your modlist there may be lots of global variables, always easiest in a minimum activity run.
Maxx the monk rolled a CRTL-8, consoled himself to 161k and used his boots of stomping to gemjump to Bjornin then to the ogres where he CTRL-Y'd a few skeletons before shadow-stunning the ogres.
Still got 15-20 variables but these look like the ones you need with the values before returning to Bjornin.
HELPBJORNIN=2
OGRESKILLED=4
SPRITE_IS_DEADOGREBJOR=4

My modlist is actually vanilla plus DSoSC.
Therefore it should be Gatekeeper not Shadowkeeper.
However, Gatekeeper doesn't work, possibly because of the mod.
I don't need the answer now anyway, as the party left for Amn where the PC got killed.
However, an indication as to whether or not the problem is that one of the half-ogres was charmed would be helpful. I can then avoid that problem and perhaps similar ones in future.
My thinking is that creating another ogre would be the best option. I had to create another rat in Candlekeep in another set-up as the game thought that I hadn't killed them all.

May be that's the same problem I have with Drizzt who doesn't talk to me. One gnoll was charmed when killed.

I think that you could be right.
I think that the file name is changed when a character is charmed.
However, I could be wrong.
If that is the case, then all you would need to do would be to create a new creature.
I know how to do that in Tutu, but not in vanilla.

Using a text editor such as notepad, textpad or other, edit the "Baldur.ini" file in the game directory. Add the line "Cheats=1" under the "[Game Options]" heading. Then, begin a game and press [Ctrl] + [Tab] to display the console window.
Copy the following into the console window: [ I use [Ctrl] + V.
CLUAConsole:EnableCheatKeys()
Then create the creature desired using the following:
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("XXX")
XXX BEING THE NAME OF THE CREATURE
All this and more can be found at the following web address:
http://www.cheatcc.c...ml#.UZnTRspJ6B5
Now all you need is the name of the enemy that you need to kill in order to progress.
I need the name of the ogre which could be OGRE perhaps.
[edit] It isn't, that is the wrong type of ogre. Half-ogre perhaps.
It isn't Half-Ogre, Half-ogre or Halfogre either.
You need the name of the gnoll which might be GNOLL if it is intuitive. However since the ogre name isn't intuitive, probably the right kind of gnoll isn't either.
It could be worth a try.

The one I'm looking for isn't plyogre either. Though that is a valid creature.

Download infinity explorer.
Open first section: Areas.
Locate area. I found it in AR3100, but I have BG trilogy installed. Blackwyrmlair says it is AR4200.
Expand NPCs. Look at half ogres. Mine have a CRE of OGREBJOR.

Thanks. In my set-up it certainly creates a half-ogre so I assume that is the one that I need.

If you're going to use the console to create extra creatures, then why not just use it to check / reset the variables Gate70 listed anyway?

Or SwordCoastKeeper is another option if Gatekeeper doesn't work.
& the console commands (caveat, I just fudged this and haven't checked it!)
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("HELPBJORNIN","Global")
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("OGRESKILLED","Global")
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("SPRITE_IS_DEADOGREBJOR","Global")
& if you need to change them
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("HELPBJORNIN","Global",2)
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("OGRESKILLED","Global",4)
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("SPRITE_IS_DEADOGREBJOR","Global",4)

Nice to have various options as to how to do it.
Thanks both of you.
From the little bit of testing I have done, the commands seem to be almost the same as in Tutu.
That makes things much easier.
