It took the 400 points and started to download, the game then crashed and now its back in the available to purchase list to buy and no longer in the downloading list. What do I have to do now to get it back?

There isn't anything available for download. Period. All you can do is purchase the specific points and reserve a download, which seems totally, utterly useless from my view, but people seem to keep doing it somehow, anyway.

Thing is it let me purchase it (and no I didn't check here first) and it moved it to the downloading area, then the game crashed.



Now its back in the available to purchase area and not in downloading. And my 400 points are gone.



Fortunately it is listed as purchased on my online profile. So I guess it will be fixed sooner or later.

There isn't any flagged sticky here about it, and more than half seem determined to skip past the stickies without seeing what any of them are about.

The only sticky is the one I linked, in the general Subjects forum, and the personnel that Biostar assigned to repairing the web site haven't done much at all to correct the confusion they generated by creating useless announcements about nonexistent software, and then not correcting their mistakes.

I would file a report about it with customer support through EA's website for dragon age. and include a copy of your receipt of purchase for RTO in it. They will either have to give you your points back or make it available for you in your down-loadable list when they get this DLC fixed and available for full launch.



But document everything copy and paste all relevant information and e-mail it to yourself for sake keeping after you contact customer support.
