One liners, gibes, banter or actual jokes. What's your favourite from the entire series?

Mine has to be EDI's, "I enjoy seeing organics on their knees." Cracks me up every time I hear it and I recall the very first time I heard it and laughed out loud for a good minute. I knew it was a joke as soon as she said it, even before she said it was a joke, even though it was really the first sign of her sense of humour.

"Its Joking time"
"Welcome to the island of Dr. Me"
Pretty much the entirety of Jokers story. The part where the one Cerberus soldier shoots the mech and you just get "Plink", I lose it everytime.
Also, Bioware taking the ****** out of the "Shepard" "Wrex/Grunt" thing when you sit down with them both during your party.

I guess the only jokes I've really enjoyed have been on Citadel.

In ME3 when your rescuing the female krogan and a Yahg jumps out and runs off and shepard says "Whatch out, there goes the next shadowbroker." and if you have Garrus with you he says, "I thought I heard it muttering T'soni"...Liara is not amused. Does anyone know who else you can bring with you for other comments?

This...
Liara : Not Funny

if u take the EDI, she says something like: "The doctor will not like that."
EDI is a gossiper.

I don't know if it was a joke or not.

Garrus and Liara talking about Archangel and him killing 3 mercs with one shot.

Also...
...
"with a little help from our friends"
"no, it was just us"
"but mostly me"

Joker: "The only way they'll notice us is if everyone starts singing the Russian national anthem."

Hunt for the Red October is one of my favorite movies, so I love hearing Joker say that line. It makes me smile every single time. ^_^

"So, Thessia, huh? I guess the Asari are wishing they had fewer dancers and more commandos right about now."

Oh how I laughed.

There's another joke like that which you only hear if you bring EDI and Tali to retake the Normandy in Citadel.

Seems I need to repeat myself since you're on a roll:

A ME1 sidequest foreshadows the ME3 ending....it may make you feel better about the idiocy you are about to witness in ME3 if you complete it

Do people like you ever consider STFU? Because, you know, the rest of us are sick of hearing it and it's just become lame to continue to repeat it every chance you get.

I found that quite funny, I dont know why shepard flipped out, its no worse than many others. I picked the "friendly" dialouge option, but he still got really angr, WTF?

You'd be surprised at how touchy some people are about that joke. I myself found it to be hilarious as well, but apparently the blue all women race is infallible and any jokes are to be taken super seriously.
