Have you tried setting Origin in the launcher tab?

Hmm... Could it be the case that your RadeonPro/system doesn't detect ME3.exe is running and through that, doesn't apply the custom profiles? If you can, try to force the program to use the AA profile all the time. The thing is, I don't know if RadeonPro has such a feature, I use AMD Vision Engine to set my AA profilesArtuThepig wrote...
I've tried as you said, the jaggles are still there. I think there aren't possibilities to add this damned AA on AMD cards. I just tried everything but nothing..

It works for me with RadeonPro, just disable in-game and CCC anti aliasing.

Vision Engine to set my AA profiles By the way, what card do you have? (Of course, AFAIK all HD series Radeons DO support forced AA through AMD Vision, but we can't omit the possibility of your card not supporting AA, no?)
Well i have a Sapphire 7870 with an I5 3570k processor and 8 gb ram ddr3 1600mhz.I'm using windows 7 64 bit. I don't really know why this doesn't work just for me,i don't think it's my GPU because i can run other games very well.

I'll try to figure out how to enable AA with RadeonPro, once I get out of school.
EDIT: So, I downloaded RadeonPro and I got the AA to work. Under the Launcher tab, set the Launcher to Custom, navigate your Origin.exe file and the AA profiles starts to work, possibly you may also have to set the Working Directory, where your MassEffect3.exe is located. You can also go to tab "Tweaks" and in there, put the AA compability to Mass Effect. As you have a newer card than I, enable SMAA and enable Ambient occlusion and put it to HBAO for pretty graphics (and possible 30fps drop, like in my case)
Hope it works, let me know if it doesn't.

Doesn't work,i'm getting tired of thisDezent777 wrote...
HD7870? Wow, you are struggling with AA and I have a HD6870But, this is srs bsnss, no time for joking. Well, the radical way of enabling AA; download the AMD Overdrive -program. Overdrive works wonderfully, when setting the AA. Of course, you have a Intel CPU, which might be a problem in your case, like AMD Overdrive doesn't work at all, because you have a mobo, that is designed for Intel CPUs+a different chipset. And you tried using CCC+RadeonPro together, which might conflict with eachother, if you have AA profiles enabled in both programs. Most people do recommend uninstalling CCC altogether, if you use RadeonPro to turn on AA.

Oh and btw, took a look @ the pic. You have a outdated RadeonPro. You have 1.1.0.6 and I have 1.1.1.0. Try updating, maybe?

Later i will post some screenshots so you can help me with a thing,RadeonPro works perfectly with other games anywayDezent777 wrote...
Odd O_O I got it working almost instantly on my card, and you even have a newer GPU than I. And you are absolutely sure that you don't have any other graphics enhancers running in the background? I tested and Overdrive indeed conflicted with RadeonPro. I had to set AA from Overdrive to "Use app settings" before it wanted to use RPs custom profiles. RP also requires NET framework 3.5, but I guess you already have it. Other than that, I'm out of options, sorry
EDIT:
Ok i'm doing progresses,i noticed that with the resolution 1280x720 the AA works perfectly, but if i load the game with 1680x1050 (my res) the AA doesn't work. Here are some screenshots i made, take a look and compare them

http://imageshack.us...1305172207.jpg/ 1680x1050 p
As you can see the difference, obvioulsy i loaded the game with the same profiles and both without the In-game AA enabled. With what resolution do you play? could you try to use 1050p res to see if this happens to you too?
P.S doesn't work anymore on ME2 too, tried with the game of my cousin and didn't work,2-3 months ago worked

This gives me the most basic AA. And I also tried using different resolutions, the AA was there all the time. What could possibly f**k it up? Unless, most basic question: Up-to-date GPU drivers? Also, does AA work in other games than ME2/ME3?

Finally i've found a solution,as i was suspecting,it's a resolution problem (i don't know how could that be possible) with 1680x1050p ,anyway i will paste this guide taken from a forum:Dezent777 wrote...
Well, I play with 1920x1080 resolution, but the thing is, my monitor is supposed to have HDMI ports, but it doesn't have any, so it just goes with HDMI (GPU) to DVI (monitor) cable. But I don't get it. My RadeonPro is set like this

Open up regedit, on Win7 just type regedit in the search bar on your start menu. Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Video\\. There should be some entries with long random numbers and letters. Open each and search the one which has 5 entries: 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003 and video. Double click the 0000 entry and on the right doulble click DALNonStandardModesBCD1. Add a new entry in the HEX window on the bottom: 16 80 10 48 00 00 00 60. Restart your PC after editing.
Now the game looks completly awesome,AA+HD mods=nearly like BF3 graphics lol
I did this screen http://img32.imagesh...01305180202.jpg jaggles are gone! (i will post a citadeal screen as soon i get there) Thank you for your support,i very appreciated that

This mod helped me a bunch with a similar issue. It's called the ME3 SweetFX Illumination Mod v1.5, a local project right here on BSN. Simple to set-up and use, and forces the graphical changes you seek. Hope it helps..
