Is there something like that? Some savegames for NG+ that allow you to reach lvl 60 in one playthrough? Curiously enough, I can't seem to find any.

i think he's asking for a PC savegame file that he can load up in NG+ and play through to make the choices he wants to, and make sure he gets level 60. If that's what he means, I haven't seen anything like that. But then again I haven't been looking

Thanks for that link. Thing is, as much as I've played Mass Effect, I have no lvl 60 PC - never cared for NG+. Figured I might as well do so now, but I still have not much interest in playing through with the same PC twice, and I seem to have deleted most of my save games anyway. 
Maybe I'll use one of those PCs in the download.
