Not sure if anyone still frequents these forums, but I was replaying the main campaign out of nostalgia and to see if the 1.23 patch fixed some of the bugs, (it didn't, geez this game is glitchy).
Anywho, I have a bug where I cannot travel outside of Neverwinter. The only three areas open are the three districts, Blacklake, Merchant Quarter, and Docks. Yes, I have been given permission to go to Port Llast and Ember.
I'm pretty sure I know what caused it, I removed Sand from my party temporarily doing a couple sidequests in town. The reason I say this is what caused it is because he was forced into my party after the meeting with Nashor, and he and Shandra were the only two people in my party. When I went to the area transition to head back to the tavern to get the rest of my party, the world map was fine. I could have gone to Old Owl Well or Port Llast, but I went back to the docks and grabbed my party to finish up the sidequests in town, and dumped Sand off at the tavern to wait.
Well now I can't go anywhere but the three districts, even when re-adding Sand to the party. I'm pretty sure this should be an easy fix, should just be a console trigger, but I don't know what it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yep, just a console trigger:
rs ka_hotspot_show("2200PortLlast")
I hope that brings Port Llast up, and if you need/want others just do google and search "site:social.bioware.com nwn2 ka_hotspot_show" ( or ask here )

So I need to do this for every location in Act II?
Yeah I guess that's the case. I tried googling what you said, but I'm not seeing a list of areas or anything.
If you could let me know the areas that should be available to me right now by loading up a save or something, that would be immensely helpful. It's been awhile and I'm not sure what they are.
Also how do I find out the number in front of the particular area?

Uh, i don't know what they are and my intention is simply that you're able to continue the game in some fashion. The closest thing to a list is here.
<installation>\\Campaigns\\Neverwinter Nights 2 Campaign\\Act 2.wmp
and click through the sites while writing down the Names of those you want/ need ...
Open the toolset, open the worldMap editor under Plugins, open the fileRafe34 wrote...

I wouldn't jump into all that. If you just console up Port Last and head there, talk to some people and then leave Port Last, the other areas might appear on cue.
In fact, I wouldn't jump in with the console right off the bat anyway. First, take Sand along and go to Blacklake, then leave through the Blacklake gate. The program is expecting you to have only the three NW city areas open at that point, and to have Sand with you, so it just might correct itself.
If you do have to resort to the console, remember there are areas you really shouldn't open yet; you'll just cause yourself trouble down the line (both versions of CK for example, CK Tunnel, maybe others).

Going to Port Llast opens up the rest of the Act 2 areas that should be available to me at that point, (I think at least).
But the Act 1 areas like West Harbor and the area where Khelgar's buddies are, are all still closed.
