Yeah I'm pissed. I basically spent the entire day playing multiplayer in multiple games and 90% of the time, it was with garbage players who cost the team the game. Oh, I'm 20 and 1? Everyone else better go 0-20.

I typically expect more from players in this game because it actually takes skill (As opposed to every other shooter). When I go into a higher tier lobby, I expect players to be good. It really sucks having to clutch every wave because the leeches won't medigel (Not that it would make much of a difference, but I'd appreciate you TRYING to help as opposed to just "Oh well, that guy's good so I don't have to do anything.")

I lol'd at the bolded statement. You clearly don't have much shooter experience if you claim that.

So much this

Slim deserves the burn...oh wait.:bandit:

Stop whining. Most of 'em suck, but you just have to get to the point where you can carry some dead weight, and it'll stop being a problem.

With 3 good team mates, gold = bronze. That's why I seldom play with a full group of friends: PUGs actually make gold a little challenging.

BTW, did you ever 1v1 Disciple?

My experience:
1. Add friends
2. Play a ton of easy gold/plat games
3. Get bored, miss pugging
4. Start to solo or retire into the puglyf (soloing with 3 decoys)

So, no, I believe you WON'T be done with pugs :D

That last game clinched it. I will never play PUGs again. One quit at the beginning, the other AFKed on wave 6 and the final scrub had level 1 weapons equiped. I'm sick of these leeches and boosters. Why wasn't there a system to root out these worthless pieces of garbage and kick them from lobbies they don't belong in?

Feel free to leave your GTs below as I still love this game and it would be a shame for me to just call it quits on a good game ruined by garbage players.

MAYBE THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU TOO!!!

I can carry dead weight problem is that gets old.  The only difference between pugging and soloing lately is maybe the pugs might kill enough to take 5 minutes off the match.  I'm getting tired of having 75 kills by waves 3-4 and soloing most of waves 5-10 in over 3/4 of my pug games.

A new member group could be formed from this.  A group of like minded people who don't want to play together.

Maybe, just maybe, someone will see this and implement a filter that bans people with level 1-5 weapons. There's a higher chance of it happening than if I just stopped playing.

No thanks. I like to carry scrubs with low level stuff rather than scrubs with high level stuff.

Absolutely. It doesn't matter if you're manifest is maxed when you play like scrub.

Ain't that the truth. I let a PUG scrub team down today on wave 9 Hydra v Gold Reapers. Two Banshees left, had one down to 1 armor bar, the other to three barrier and armor left, got grabbed trying to jump down a ledge.

Granted, I was off-host, the host was laggy, and I had a Kishock on a Batarian Sentinel, but I choked! I felt so bad I left immediately without apologizing.

Incredibly, stupidly, highly unlikely.

As has already been pointed out, if you're going to get super mad because the pugs can't push you through the match in the same way that you can push them, be pickier with the lobby. However, stellar loadouts don't always mean success so either way you're still running the game on a trial by trial basis.

Solution: make friends, you scrub.

Dude, in all seriousness, just create a thread asking for teammates. You don't have to "try them out". Or say how much PUGs stink. Everyone here knows they can, but sometimes they can be fun too.

Keep it simple and tone it down a notch. Then you may get some takers. If they aren't up to your level, teach them. That can be fun too.

One good thing about playing in PUGS is that there is so many enemies to kill .
No real point trying an experimental build or loadout when playing with friends who are using familiar high DPS characters and know the mechanics spawns etc ...because there will be no enemies left to try it out on.

Playing PuG is not that bad...
Once you become good enough to DuO the difficulty you play in.

I`d suggest try little bit longer.
