I have been trying to find all the reviews on the other site, but it seems there is a new thread for each individual, I was wanting to try and make a thread for all of the reviews in one place so it's easier to track them.  Any help would be appreciated to make this happen here.

Edit: 1 I will add all links giving in posts here.

Edit: 2 If you don't see I have placed a review here please PM the review so I can keep better track of them.

well, i don't know if there are any reviews up on webites yet. seems like most are from upcoming magazines, and all we have for those is scans (which I don't think we're allowed to post here). Good idea though, we can at least consolidate all the scores that have been given so far

EDIT:  Here's some links, not the full reviews, but better than nothing

OXM - 9.5

PC Gamer (UK) - 90%

I was hoping this game was going to get all 10/10 scores, the reviews are confusing me they are saying ME2 is better than ME1 but they keep giving it a lower score? Atleast we know it is going to be amazing.

I tend to automatically discount 100% scores. There's no way any game will ever be perfect.

10/10 is not a perfect score. It's just an indication that their scoring system isn't flexible enough. Also, games can be perfect, just not objectively. I have played many perfect games. They were perfect for me.

100% tells me there is no way the game could have been improved. Each weapon is perfectly balanced, there are no continuity errors in the story, no technical glitches or flaws.

Well if you look at how IGN declares 100% games they always say flat out there is no perfect game, but in the reviewers eye it was as good as he felt they could make it, despite flaws that are no doubt in there.

Agree with what you just said. If that rating system is a percentage scale, then no game should be 100%. But if the rating system is a score out of 10, 10 means the score is somewhere between 90 and 99%.

Scale doesn't really matter. It could be 2/2, 5/5, 10/10, or 84/84. Those are all 100% perfect scores. The granularity of the scale is less important than the reviewer's perception that nothing could be improved. Just my opinion.

Well I suppose we shall have to agree to disagree, then. For me, it's a moot argument, as I ignore review scores anyways.

For me, there are three ratings: Yes, No, and Maybe.

I dismiss the highest and lowest scores then in for the middle ground. Just need to look at all the 100% scores Brütal Legend attracted. No way in hell was that a 100% game. Not even an 80% if you ask me.

Why I usually look at metacrtic and such, if there is 30 reviews and they average to 90+ I tend to be more interested

I have to say, the fact that none of these reviews say that Mass Effect 2 has the most epic Sci Fi story in the history of time, means the the game will be a giant disappointment.

Good idea. We should get some more magazine reviews next week and then the 25th 8am GMT, the online review embargo officially ends.

Does anyone actually take reviews from the "official" platform magazines seriously? It's not like OXM, Nintendo Power or whatever the Playstation one is are going to pan a game that's supposed to be a major seller on their console.

I definitely don't.

I'll be interested in seeing the IGN review. I know IGN loved Mass Effect 1, so they probably have pretty high expectations for the sequel.

Agreed. Metacritic is in my opinion the best way to judge how is good a game afterall it's better to judge a game through a sample of reviews instead of just one review.

What happened to the reviewer of Gamespot which gave a low vote to Kane & Lynch also shows that even the most known magazines are not always objective when reviewing a game.
