It's a bug. Okay? Get it? No other enemy except the Phantom gets the on-host DR.  

So either all players should get this DR or none. And don't give me that - you're the host and you get it easier crap. I can be playing with peole in the same room and the host will get DR and the others won't even with perfect connection. and no lag. 

Imagine Bioware devs playing in the same room. Fagnan gets the DR and Brojo doesn't. Do you think they intended that?  

If I could - I would mod it so ALL players get the DR. But I can't.

In general I'd say that on-host behaviour is how the game is supposed to work before lag and latency messes things up - so the solution is easy: Mod c.bin to nerf phantoms the way you like it, which will get you banned just like you wanted.

No it's not. Unloading a full Typhoon clip into a Phantom and have it keep running at you with full health is neither normal nor fun nor balanced. 

It is all of the above: fair, balanced, and fun (for those who appreciate having one enemy who is neither cheesy nor a pushover. The one enemy that is conquered only by cunning. These complaints are old and tired. The Phantom actually only works properly on host. Learn to play. It is so sad to continually get these complaints "make my game easy! I do t want to be challenged! Remake CoD for me!"

This game offers a different challenge. It would suck if you removed tough enemies to please those who don't care to make the effort.

Buttlazors.

8 seconds without shields every time a Scion shoots at me.

People's elbow.

Geth Stunlock Masters.

Did I mention I can't play Collectors above Silver?

Or, leave them be. Anyone who posts on here about modding knows the game and knows what they're doing. They do it for a specific reason. They aren't trying to cheat, they're trying to fix the game for themselves, and everyone else, seeing as bioware has stopped support of the game.

They're forming a community and fixing things the best they can, and throwing around words like "retard" and other inflammatory statements will not "control the population." It will just get you laughed at.

Because Gold Collectors almost regularly freezes PS3s.

Oh yeah, I remember getting that problem regularly when I used to play them on Silver.  Although, I've played them quite often for a while on Gold and freezing hasn't been a regular problem.  On Gold, my biggest problem by far is losing my connection with the server or the game getting choppy and slowing down.

I don't see the actual logic you're applying here as being any good for the "no unfair advantages allowed", but you might get away on either A. It's technically considered a bug fix, or B. They're just not banning anymore.
