I ain't even going to respond to ending part, as I would do it myself to troll people.
At least I know you're somewhat of a troll.

The first question pertained to a discussion about DEMs. Look back on the conversation and my general outlook, and think about what the situation would be like had Vigil not told Shepard explicitly that the mass relay was the Conduit and where it led---and how borked the end-game would be had the conduit powered down a small time-frame before Shepard went through it.  The second question is about practical, rational thinking in a high-stakes scenario when you're shooting completely in the dark.

But feel however you'd like, Hannah.

At least Garrus had some character development. It was wiped clean at the beginning of ME2 where he basically goes rogue anyway.

He wrote Wrex's history with Aria/Aleena. That's why I think he's a "good" character writer.

That was still him writing Garrus in ME2, right?

I think Patrick Weekes took over. I think Weekes is a good writer but I don't think it was a good idea for the writers to trade roles all the damn time.

I recall him saying he wrote Garrus in ME2 as well, figured he gave the character to someone when he was made Lead Writer at some point during development. And yeah, I agree it wasn't a good idea to keep switching it up. A recipe for discontinuities surely.

What followed these meaningless questions is irrelevant.
And if they were attempted to be answered it would add nothing to the original discussion.
I think it would be a more smooth discussion if they weren't there taking up space.

Putting Twilight and bad stuff in the same sentence is redundant.
