Yeah, I agree. I Love Cullen and his character development in DAII while I didn't care about him in DAO at the beginning. He seems serious and effective at his job, this is what I expect from a templar, he is what I expect from a templar ( unlike Evangeline in Asunder who sucks so much to my eyes <_< ) I hope he is a companion. =)

I'm going to go with in game appearance and personality rather than artwork and cgi trailers, as there are a lot of discrepancies between the two.
 
Hottest woman is a title I'd give to Cassandra of all people, strangely enough. While I wasn't a big fan of her hair style I thought her face model was by far the most attractive female face morph, far better than both of the actual female LI's (Note that I don't like people who look unsettlingly young or piercings very much). Her strong personality and how badass she was in the movie all help. Her accent didn't hurt either...

Male is a tough one. It's a strange irony that I love the fact Bioware include s/s romances in their games but not one of their m/m LI's so far has been appealing enough for me to choose them over a respective female LI. Anders and Zevran(DA:O version only) are up there in terms of appearance but I can't stand Anders personality and I wasn't a fan of Zevrans either. On the flip side I like Fenris's personality but not his opinions or his in-game appearance. I guess I'll just have to go with a generic Qunari, their new design is pretty nice.
