Meh, really depend on who you ask. Some people like cute and funny like Alistair or supergorgeous fitness model like Kaidan. I don't think it's that much different than females. Some guys like women with model figure while others like down to earth, dorky females. It's really depending on whether someone like cute or hot. I don't think there's a universal scale for attraction.

That would mean Varric has to break up with Bianca, that would just be as sad.
