so im wondering, how good is the item set 1 and 2? are they good or will there be better items later on?
also what is the max lvl of the game?

The item set armor is consistently among the best in the game. Also, the item set weapons and accessories have the additional advantage that they scale with levels.
Maximum level is 50, but you won't get anywhere near that without cheats. On a normal playthrough you will end up roughly at level 25, a couple of levels higher if you have the DLCs..

Most likely to make room for DLC, unlike in origins where you could easily hit the level cap of 35 long before getting to the end of all DLC.

If the developers plans hadn't changed you probably would have got there in the cancelled expansion for DA2. Which i imagine would have added a much needed fourth act to that game.Draknalor wrote...

They could add one next game, for instance, but it's not something they're particularly interested in. If anything, they might feel it would dampen making a character and roleplaying them... or maybe they wouldn't.
But, regardless, it's not high on their priority list when making the game. Should they consider adding it, you've got to keep in mind games have deadlines and so on.
