Well, it seems like you adapted pretty fast. You went from "innocent to "jaded" in two weeks or so  But on serious note, I too believe not all BSN is like that at all, many really cool people here. There are unexpected garbage threads every now and then, but people are trying to derail them with all their might (usually)



As to what puts me in the good mood. Usually when I find myself in some really stupid spot, flanked by two Scions and Praetorians and as I turn to flee, I find out someone else is there with me, helping me. That I am not alone

Playing with BSNers is always a grand experience (wish I could do it more often though). And the few times I've played with good PUGs were always a blast. I remember this one time we all played as different Krogans. I was worried I had pulled a muscle from laughing so hard!

Haha yeah I've never laughed so hard playing ME as I have with 3 Krogans.  I was a Krogan Warlord Sent, as was another and there was also a Krogan Vanguard.  Every time a wave finished I saw them standing headbutting each other.  I'd seen this before so I felt obliged to join in.  Stupid things, but so funny.  I was almost in tears haha

I think one game i got over 50 headshots. (i think it stops at 50) I know it stops counting headshots after a while but iim sure about 95% of my kills were all headshots. Those were the days 

Another time was when i was in a game with pugs and they were all Krogan Warlords it was a fun sight to see as well as game to play. I dont know why but it was really amusing. I believe they were all together so i was the pug in their eyes

I usually PUG because the majority of my very limited friendlist doesn't play ME3 MP. However, I was really happy when I was able to carry wave 9 on lolSilver against Reapers. When I saw a couple of BSNers had played with me...I had mixed feelings. I loved the idea that I was playing with others here, but I sorely disappointed at least one of them and that made me very sad.

However, I did see someone who made a post about moving from lolSilver to Gold and was impressed and happy to see the support offered by BSN.

Last night I had my first game with Sabreracer and his blue team. It was a good game despite me lagging and I hope I didn't ruin the party by bringing my Fury.
But you said it well..everytime when pugin and I see them really try help with objectives and stick together...it always puts me in agood mood.

Totally agreed! It's nice to see you're being guarded, and I always make it a point to try and do the same. If I'm not in the middle of an objective or heavily pinned down when I feel the tell-tale lag of someone joining, I make a beeline to the start spawn to guard them. Sad that I don't generally see a lot of other people doing this, but nothing is worse than loading into a game almost dead or already dead/synced.

Themed squads are always fun - all Krogan, melee only etc. It's also great when randoms switch characters for a bit of synergy, unfortunately very rare though.

I just had a game with two friends. They invited me and in the lobby I saw that they were playing AJ and AA. So I switched to AA as well and we opened the lobby. After the first game we had a PUGswitch and the guy entered with a KroSent iirc. After a quick look around he switched to AA and after the first wave even started joining into the "in between waves heavy meleegasms" it got very loud at times and it was GLORIOUS! This just made my whole weekend!

Plus: this thread gives me the perfect excuse to bore u to death with it! Hooray!

What puts me in a good mood are themed matches (all Volus the most lol) or fighting side by side with a good friend, knowing if one gets downed, the other will get him up no matter what or playing with decent pugs working as a team.

Themed matches definitely. Played a few games with a fellow AHF members and we had themes like all soldier class, geth hydra sniping, biotic boom squad, 4 krolords etc It also makes me feel good whenever I can save a player from being sync-killed such as headshotting a phantom before she stab my teammate. Also seeing friends I play with going out of their way to revive me when I'm down.. which sometimes is not such a good idea lol

Had a nice good mood moment earlier today.

There I was, working on the handful of waves I have left for Commando and Outsider masteries (I'd just finished off N7 Mastery earlier today to put me at two banners left before getting BOTB). I was rolling a Drell Assassin on Quick Match for Gold. I preface this by saying I'm not really a Drell fan, so it's been... interesting... using this fellow. Not that I don't recognize the Drell are amazing and have huge DPS... in the right hands. My hands are simply not those "right hands".

So, I was really just messing around with builds and the Saber. Landed in a lobby pre-set for Glacier/Reapers/Gold with an N7 74 Demolisher hosting, a Valkyrie with one of the alternative Mathemagician banners and a screen name I thought might be familar from BSN (but not sure... at any rate, I assume a BSNer based on the alternate banner), and a Krogan Sentinel sporting the FemShep BOTB I want so very, very badly.

I will admit, between the BOTB (who had a fairly huge number of challenge points) and the obvious BSNer, I was a little bit intimidated by how my performance might be with a kit I don't particularly care for. Silly and superficial, I know, but that's the truth of it. The match starts and everything is going along fairly well aside from the Demolisher going down quite a bit and the lag being very noticable (i.e. everything would go okay for a bit, then I'm suddenly rubber-banding, then everything's okay again).

That is, until somehow everyone ends up sync-killed at some point on Wave 5, leaving me by myself, runner-banding occasionally and slightly drunk by this point in the day, to clutch the wave very early on (so, hello, majority of the spawn budget!). However, the good mood part about this was knowing that even with the crappy connection and even with a kit I don't really like, I knew we weren't in any danger of wiping. It's a nice change of pace from when clutch moments would make me horribly nervous. This time, I was actually excited to show off for the BOTB and the BSNer.

I did end up using more consumables than I would have liked, but that was all pretty much the fault of the awesome rubber-banding lag I was enjoying. But I clutched it like the boss I am, dagnabbit, and we went about the rest of the game. On Wave 7, the Demolisher and Valkyrie got synced again and left me and the BOTB Krogan to finish the wave, which we did. It was rather fulfilling to see the Valkyrie BSNer come over to me afterwards and pistol-whip me with their Asari as a kudos. Wave 8, Demolisher gets synced again then rage-quits. After host migration, it's just me, the BSNer, and the BOTB. At some point, an AIU joins and I run over to guard her body... good thing, too, as a Banshee was about to grab her. Since the host migration gave me all my consumables back, I was happy to waste a missile on the Banshee to save the poor AIU that was still loading in. Feel good moment # 2.

We went on to full extraction and I ended up top score. I was pretty damn happy with that, given the circumstances.

Had a lot of good matches today, but this one was my favorite and provided the most Feel Good moments.

C'mon, BSN, give me some more feel good moments from your gaming day!

Each and everytime I succesfully dodge a Banshee warp ball....never gets old.....same for the brute sidestep......also....walking right up to a Scion with the intent of playing decoy while the rest of the squad take advantage of the diversion.
