I've bound my keys with an old rope I got out of my sweat pants.
I've been thinking of getting a chain for them so I don't lose them, but noticed I could just tie them into my pants. Now my keys are bound to my pants. My pants also house multiple USB sticks, MP3 players, cellphone etc. I can basicly life off my pants in the wilderness if I have to.
My pants are a fortress. A giant monument to efficiency. Which is why it's so liberating to take them off. My pants ARE my key bindings. I'd lose my keys if I did not have my pants... now if I never lose my pants I never lose anything.
Of course this makes it hard for me to change my pants. Need to migrate like a hermit crab, which is quite frustrating.

Oh and WASD + 123-> + E For medigel and reload cancel.

Default but with medgel bound to 'E' and Opspacks bound to 'Q'.

I just swapped spacebar and shift's functions.

Oh, and Q is bound to 7, for reload cancelling purposes.

I'm someone who remaps a lot of keys in every game. I'm also one of the few people that don't play with a WASD layout but with a QWES instead. So here are my keybindings for ME3 MP:

Q: Left
W: Forward
E: Right
S: Backward

A: Missile (Power 5)
D: OPs Pack (Power 6)
Y: Medigel (Power 7)
X: Ammo (Power 8)

ALT: Melee
SPACE: Sprint/Revive and all that crap
TAB: Scores

Left Mouse Button: Shoot
Right Mouse Button: Aim
Middle MouseButton: Swap weapons
Mouse Thumb-Button 1: Power 1
Mouse Thumb-Button 2: Power 3
Mouse Wheel Up: Power 2
Mouse Wheel Down:: Power 4 (unused in MP)

I have everything default except medi-gel set to Q for reload cancel though i really think i must remap ops packs too many times I end up picking the missiles.

PC players **** about Origin because we generally object to always-on DRM (especially in SP games where it's really not needed).

And yet with consoles (I've got a PS3) you've always got always-on DRM all the time, like it or not ... the SEN in the case of the PS3, XBL for XBoX. So you might not have to "put up with Origin" but if the SEN goes down your PS3 is way more bricked than a PC is when Origin goes down; on the PC you can just crank up other games on Steam, Battle.net, uPlay or any DRM-free games you happen to own.

Yes, Origin is pretty crappy - but so is the new SEN.

The only non-standard key-binding I use is medigel on a mouse thumb-button (reload cancelling).

I've never understood why all shooters default to WASD for movement. Use ESDF instead and you can keep your left hand in a standard typing position and bind actions to Q/A/Z as well as SHIFT/CAPS/TAB so you can do most non-movement things with your pinky without taking your other fingers off the movement keys.

 Got one of these things because it has the little thumbstick and I can reserve all the keys for powers/run/activate/consumables/etceteras. Still getting used to the control-style switch between 360 controller and Nostromo/Mouse combo, though. No muscle memory there. :/ But holy crap does it feel comfy!
