1) Finn from Witch Hunt. He has a very unique perspective we don't see much.
2) Tallis from MotA. Simply didn't get enough of her.
3) Oghren. There needs to by a fantasy stereotype character in the party.

1) If Zathrian survived, I think he'd make an interesting party member. If only on a temporary enemy-of-mine-enemy basis, which is all I can see him doing.

Companions of past player characters are only interesting with the PC who knows them. So without that particular individual they are off limits and i have no desire to see them again.

I'm fine with NPCs becoming companions but I'd rather not see old companions being companions again to a different PC. As much as I like Varric he just... belongs with Hawke.
