I'm pretty sure that the answer is no, but....
Do feats and stats you get from gear allow you to qualify for advanced feats?
For example, would wearing a Belt of Agilty at level-up help you qualify fo Greater Two-weapon fighting?
Or would wearing a Robe of the Archmagi (which grants Spell Penetration) allow you to select Greater Spell Penetration?
feats/stats from gear as prerequisites?

Although, as in everything in this game, there is an exception. For example, a Nymph Cloak +8 will allow a CHA 11 Favored Soul to go ahead and learn any level Divine spell. And cast them, as long as you keep the Cloak on. Periapts of Wisdom, Rings of Clear Thought, etc. work similarly.
