Adam Orth is a pretentious tool. This guy speaks the truth.

True. Nintendo only has itself to blame for the lack of support from developers.slimgrin wrote...

Wrong. Adam Orth called out all of the internet trolls and haters on being pretentious tools. That doesn't make him one. "Deal with it" is a perfectly fine response to children crying about unconfirmed rumors. He shouldn't have done it as an official employee, but that doesn't make the idea wrong.slimgrin wrote...

What? He denigrated plebs for not discovering the internet, or having a stable connection. Then he went on to make some of the most inane comparisons I've seen regarding DRM. He's a symbol of what is wrong with the industry and I don't believe for a second he was joking. If he was joking he'd still work at MS.
Enough with the entitled gamer crap, really. Anyone speaks their mind now and they're 'entitled'.

Just as humorous as the article itself.

What are you saying, that Nintendo has become Windows?RedArmyShogun wrote...
Ehh some of what he said was just pure BS. Though the console is underpowerd. Nothing however would have changed that when they took a year release date sooner than the others. I'm not worried about it. this is normal for Nintendo. Hit one gen, miss the next.

Does that make the Wii U Windows ME?

I was expecting something along the lines of an m590 shotgun/WiiU showdown

Wii U will be ok. Watch for a price drop when the other 500 to 700 price tags hit. Though the $300 for 720 with 2 year online subscription rumor seems like a shrewd move.
Its a lol move actually
$500 at once or $300 with a 2 year subscription of $10 a month
24 months x $10 a month= $240+$300 at purchase=$540
lololololol

Yeah, but the xbox vets may be comfortable with the concept. They've already been paying monthly. Even if it's a screw job in the long run. A $300 tag will be a big dangling carrot. And since when don't Americans love their debt?
