Things that are OP

I wanted to compile a list of characters and weapons that were deemed OP by the League of Professional ME3 players. The list will include all characters with:

Cloack
Stimpacks
Repair matrix
Wallhack powers
Grenades
Powers capable of being exploited with incendiary ammo for epic cheese (Incinerate, Warp, inferno nades)
Flamer
Any character capable of recharging shields (Vanguards, volus, salarians, paladin, human soldier, AF characters)

All others may be used

Banned weapons include all but the Saber, the BR of ME3

All weapons except the saber are banned. So is the GI (cloak and wallhack power)

Any kit with marksman and stability, they make guns too accurate.
