When I'm playing, I attach some ribbons to the mouse and throw it to the cats. They bat it around and hit the button once in a while. Doing anything more would be OP and is for scrubs.

In case you don't know; It's an iteration of a meme that has it's roots in the game Super Smash Bros Brawl. It's a fighting game, and some experienced players made up a bunch of unofficial tournament rules that removed everything 'unbalancing' the game.

The basic meme template would be "No items, Fox only, Final Destination.". No items - apparently there were some items in that game. Fox only - referring to a 'top skill tier' character which is a fox. Final Destination is a map that is basically a single, flat platform.

The OP is in similair spirit, but fortunately it is tounge-in-cheek.

Run platinum with 3 of your spectre friends using just a predator pistol on a weapons only kit then see if you still feel that way and dont pick something you can spam a power or grenades with.  Choose a class that relies on weapons for dps.   oh and they can use whatever they want.  You have to outscore them with predator only to back up your ridiculous claim.
