STAN WE NEED YOU!!! OP, I play both on the 360 and PC, and Mouse + Keyboard are superior on pretty much anything but sports games, which I won't touch with a 10 foot pole. I would recommend you stop bashing PC players so much, unless you want to get banned. Also... I can't imagine playing Planetside 2 with an Xbox controller, there are too few buttons, which in turn limit so many games.

Don't try to convince him, he doesn't know about what he's talking about.

Not until he tries the mouse.

1. You can plug a joypad to ME3 and make it work.
2. You are talking without know anything, i bet you, i repeat I BET YOU that once you get used to the mouse and keyboard, mainly the mouse, you will like it much more than your console controller, for real.

The mouse is much much more precise than the joypad.

Also:

Don't using keyboards for too long in life give you carperl or whatever tunnel thingy too? Because of how uncomfotable it if to hold a keyboad in hand?

LOL WHAT?

you don't hold the keyboard while playing bro, the keyboard is on the table or whatever and you just press the fingers, is not rocket science.

Wait, for real? Gamepad analog sticks work on ME3?!?!?! FOr real REAL?! As in me just been played, played?

And eh, why would I play vid game in front of a table? What's wrong with being comfortable in my bed lying down? Guess this just proves PC master race just don't like comfort, I guess?

In the 21th century keyboards can be wireless as well, didn't you know ?:o

Yes, my mouse and key are wireless. The key on my lap while me lying down is in no way comfortable. As is moving a mouse non-stop. Holding a comfortable gamepad in hand (not talking PS here) however, is super duper comfortable.

And you mean to tell me to start playing all the classic i grew up with via keyboard now? As in Mario, Castlevania, Gradius, Metroid, Sonic, etc, etc + ditch all my portable gaming stuff as a PSP/DS in favour of the portable laptop... boy, walking down the street trying to play me keyboard and mouse would sure look silly. Not to mention uncomfortable as hell. Posted Image

But for real, the whole point of this topic is mostly for me to know if I can play ME3 for PC via my, let's say X-Box 360 or better gamepad? And no X-Padder stuff because I need dual analog support too. So please, just tell me this before this thread gets locked. Anyone.

They had some VERY unique control setups for arcade games(RF card games, touch screens, or some sweet setups like Border Break).  They also still had serious arcades practically everywhere.  Even though the arcade games used 100 yen coins, it was ALOT of fun to see what they were doing.  They had the luxury of building custom control setups to use the most efficient methods.

However, location test machines tend to get broken elsewhere.  Sad truth, people in other countries tend to trash arcade games.

That's actually what turns me off from playing a game like ME on PC.  I like to be able to sit wherever I want around the room and recline back on my couch while having fun playing ME3 MP.

Yes, yes. I know, I know. Game freaking heaven. All these casual Westerner gamers are total grubs and casual to the bone in comparison (for real, no offense here, but it's true. ie. Used games here are in trash condition where their junk condition is like out mint, lol. Even Grimmwold used such powerfull words to describe that place as; "VERY unique setups," as in no mouse and key, lol, sorry. Posted Image And "they also has SERIOUS arcade setups." And "Luxury," etc.)

@OP People like you are the reason we make offhanded comments about console scrubs in the first place. Also, can you turn while running and look in the direction you're turning? Didn't think so. Enjoy your gamepad.

I lived there from 2002-2005 in northern Honshu.  Wouldn't want to be there now with Fukushima's melt down though.  I did get to see some cool gaming gadgets and games :)

FFXI was an amazing MMO.  I stopped playing a few years ago and from what I've heard its almost a different game now.  But even so, I couldn't fathom playing the game without a keyboard.  Using a controller to scroll through macros was far too slow for my taste.

Also to stay on topic; if a game involes shooting as its main form of combat, like ME3 does, then yeah I find a keyboard and mouse to vastly superior to a game pad.  Movement I find to be about equal but for aiming there is no comparison, a mouse is much, much more precise than a controller.

Ugh, you do realize I'm also part of the master race, right? As in top end enough PC to play whatever I want (and if not I upgrade ASAP thanks to my best bud who build them as a hobbie and gives me all the good deals that come by & looks for em if he don't have it lying around for free) + I own most of the popular consoles out there too (PS3, 360, Wii & soon WiiU, PSP & maybe PSVita if it ever get anything I want, DS, 3DS, plus my more odlschool stuff & stuff i emulate on my to drag to my TV and play on a gamepad on a comfy couch or bed as I prefer). I have it all + lots of time to enjoy it all. You can't win. Say PC master race/lol gamepad all you want, cause I have access to it all and play what I prefer, when I prefer. While all you that say PC master race are only blind to two things; mouse & key. Yeh.

But for real, could someone who knows what their talking about confirm is ME3 for PC has gamepad support for a dual analog gamepad? So I can go to bed already, yeesh. It's like you guys love all this giberish talk?

Uhm, what about the point i made about the NES lightgun and Duck Hunt. ie. Pointing your finger at the bad guy, or duck, and shooting is handicap videogaming? What ever happened to true hand eye co-ordination? You know, the skill in gaming without reload canceling as a simple macro. Oh yeah, the casual gamers are taking over. There is no ever going back... And I'm getting old and should leave the games to kids, I guess... ME4, I may never know you? Posted Image

But wait a minute, the topic is mostly about ME, and ME knowing if ME3 is supporting my dual analog X-Box 360 or better gamepad? ... lol, how selfish of me. Posted Image

I suppose I shouldn't but I'll bite.

I should have been clearer in my post but for me, I am more comfortable using a keyboard and mouse to play shooters.  I find a mouse to be much more precise and much faster to use for aiming than the analog sticks on the PS3 and 360 controllers.

I never meant to imply one form of control was better than the other and I agree it was a poor decision on Bioware's part to not support gamepads on pc.  I only meant to express my preference for one form of input over the other.
