Look at the nwn wiki, It's actually pretty easy if you know scripting...
anyways, you should post it on the scripting forum if you don't know how to script.
the spells are located in spells.2DA and you can just add new spells with the numbers and attach it to the script that actually has the spell on.
don't know where it is, but you can find a tutorial (again, its the same as in nwn1) for sure.
