The game got started on the 20 second timer with the host the one who hadn't readied up. I knew this was a bad idea, and indeed: the host stood there until he got idle-kicked.
Me and the other two returned after the host change, but the third guy got disconnected quite quickly. A number of other people attempted to connect during the match, but none stayed for more than a few seconds (this was strange, as I was not the new host and had no connection issues or lag whatsoever).
The other guy was a juggernaut, and I was a TSoldier with a PPR, Vancouver/Cerberus/Gold (was set up U/U/G). The juggy basically tanked everyone while I shot them from around the corner. Extraction got a little bit hairy but we made it, it wasn't even particularly hard.

Typical.
Landed in a Platinum/Reapers/Giant game where the fiy was soloing as a Geth Trooper/Acolyte. He was dead when I got there. We got 2 more players at the beginning of wave 2 but wiped on wave 8.

Xbox, PS3 - it don't matter what platform you're on; no one bothers to use equipment or gel 
I actually felt dizzy after a gold pug I carried on PS3 last night as a vanilla human engi with a Raptor III. Never again. Ever. It doesn't help when I've had such terrible luck with the store and only have 2 missiles.
Meanwhile on xbox, I encountered a BotB banner with a Harrier TGI who used the waterfall map exploit on FB: Hydra. Seriously???

Capable.
I was playing the MQE with a Huntress, Batguard, and a Puggernaut. 19 minute game, then again it was White and lolarc grenades... Juggy went down a lot. Batguard was just kind of there. Huntress and I did the heavy lifting.

Okay, so I might be a bit liquored up - which is how I managed to take my volus sentinel for a test drive. I searched U/U/G and ended up on FB Giant against Geth. Anyways in the lobby someone said to me 'get outta here, volus; go back to bronze' 
Had I been sober; I would have left. But of course I was in a state where I couldn't care less what they think of me. Anyways, it went suprisingly well for me - I only died once (pesky geth turret) and I topped the scoreboard. Needless to say, no one said anything to me during the endgame lobby.
So there it is: I can play volus on Dutch courage, yet not when I'm sober

So i was bored and decided to pug some silver. Ran into two new players who were playing decently. who were amazed at my skill with the shadow and kept calling me a badass for savig them (although im not great with her on gold, shes easy on silver). Anyways, i decided to play a few more games, and taught them a few things, told them how to go about buying packs, and told them to check out the N7 Q, which they thought was pretty cool.
And i will say, they were decent players, especially considering theyd only been playing for a couple weeks. They made me proud.

Silver, Reapers, Glacier. A Puggernaut spent pretty much the entire game sitting in the dead end of that hall up top. The Kroguard and I did all of the work. The BF3 tried, and tried hard, but he just didn't belong on silver.
The sad thing was, the Jugg had a Claymore X and Typhoon VI. I sure hope he didn't get the credits for all of that just by sitting in a corner. I just wish the BF3 would have stopped reviving him, since he gelled every time he needed to. If he's going to leech, might as well cost him some medigel.
