Noobs!

Acquitted themselves fairly well, though, considering. I had my doubts about letting sub N7 100 ranked guys with no equipment into a Gold game, and I got the 15 revive medal somewhere around wave 5, but they set off my explosions, did the objectives and didn't commit any major mistakes.

Actually no lol. Legion has been on my friends list for a while:D the pug last night, his name is familiar, but can't place him lol. Not sure if I just ran into him a few times before or if he's a bsn'er

That was the first time I've ever seen someone missile glitch... No idea how I feel about it... I was extremely bored throughout the whole thing... And I wasted my Assault Rifle Rail Amp thingy on that match! Oh well, I'll get some more, eventually...

Wave 7 fail, we had a good chance of making it to wave 9, but I messed up and ran into hard cover allowing the Banshee to sync me. Since I was the one doing all the killing, the rest of the game was -expected-

Cerberus on Glacier. I played a Batarian Vanguard with the Claymore. I joined a lobby with a Kroguard, a Collector Adept, and the dreaded Nova Guard. I knew it was going to bad because only me and the Krogan put on equipment. Things seems to go smoothly for the first 7 waves with the Nova Guard dying as expected and the Collector Adept dying pretty regularly, in spite of clever cover usage, etc. He's just squishy. But then for some reason on wave 8 things go sour and I don't even know what's happening anymore. For some reason, they all go down on wave 9 and no one gels or they can't because they get sync killed (NOVA!!!!) so I carry these guys through wave 9, then we get to wave 10 and finish the objective (objects, of course.) I'm relying on the Kroguard to get them to the drop off no problem and he does excellent except for the Nova Guard following closely at his heels, rather than drawing aggro. But ok, me and the Collector can handle this. For some reason, they all get killed again. Everything was going so smoothly too. Luckily, they finished the objective before knocking off. I burn through 3 gels getting through the wave because I ran out of missiles awhile ago (Saving people from phantom sync kills is a thing now). I finish the wave and hide because I have 1 medigel and dammit, I am making extraction. About 1 minute left, the Nova Guard and Kroguard run to me and bring all four phantoms and two atlases after me. I manage to get out and run away again. I'm hiding downstairs in that little niche between the crates and who do I see but the Nova Guard yet again running after me, bringing with him three phantoms. I run away and almost get up the stairs when SURPRISE, Atlas missile to the face. I die. I'm waiting for someone to draw aggro from any surrounding phantoms before I get up, but the Nova Guard runs over to me and revives me into being immediately sync killed. The Krogan barely makes extraction.
I love pugs.

Woke up early this morning and couldn't fall back asleep so figure I'd play a game before getting ready for work. Looking for a gold match... Geth in London and got thrown in during wave 2. Perfect - trying to finish the Map Mastery challenge and needed a few more waves in London. Boy did I embarass myself! Only 2nd time I ever quit a match willingly cause I couldn't bear to watch myself anymore...
