Weak.

An N7 Fury, a Krosent, and a QME. All level 20, all with 20,000+ challenge points (more than me). I was happy, because I thought this would be nice and easy for my level 11 FQI (still working back to 20 after finally getting BotB). I figured that with those teammates, I'd rarely even see a spawn.

One U/U/G (Condor/Reapers) game later, my faith in my ability to guess beforehand whether a team is good is crushed once more. The Fury was fine. I scored slightly higher but there was so little between us it doesn't matter (160,000 for me, 158,000 for him/her). The other two were ****e. Sheesh.

Awesome.

Lobby with 2 female BotB, presumably BSNers, myself and then a random N7 31 drops in. The last match we have had a low N7 too but they were above 120, the BotBs decided to let him play but this time tried to kick the 31 guy.

I felt bad so decided I wouldn't kick and readied up, but the other 2 guys refused to, then the newbie gets on the mic "why are you trying to kick me?" My gosh he was just a kid! I asked his age, he said 9. I suggested him to go play silver or bronze as gold was probably more than he could handle, "no, man. I'm telling you I've done 5 gold games and I'm good at this. Especially against cerberus."
I laughed a bit and told him to switch his level 13 volus mercenary for something higher, he promptly did and took a level 14 AIU/Mantis :D.

The other guys finally took back the vote kicks and we started the game. The lil bud followed my DI around for the duration of the game and literally screamed in fear when he saw 2 banshees at one time. Man, it was amusing!

He ended up scoring like 20k but at least tried his best, revived me a couple times, gelled twice as well, nuked once, and told me I was a nice dude. ^_^

I of course befriended him and we'll be playing whenever his mom lets him.

edit: yeah I outscored the two BotBs in case you were wondering.

Fantastic.

I joined with a level 2 Geth Engineer and didn't get kicked. I was outscored by a Geth Trooper. There was an Asari Huntress that didn't break 40k. And a Talon who did average for a gold PUG.

Geth infiltrator with incendiary venom. This is fast becoming one of my favourite builds. I would say that the venom GI is the most powerful set up in the game, if you are hosting your own game. This is my third time breaking 300k with this set up, and it's still just a new set up for me. A very dominant display here.

I was just mentioning my last game, I didn't realise there would be a problem with me posting a screenshot. Why do you have an issue with it? I'm keeping on topic, after all. And I'm not the only person doing it.

Generally in this thread you talk about how good or bad your PUGs are/were. Not how good you are/were.

Does my post honestly not fit the correct format required in this thread? If so, I'll stop.

Look Kookie, all of our differences aside, your posts come off as bragging and this isn't a bragging thread.

It's for complaining or complimenting your PUGs, talking about what they did or didn't do, etc.

Annoying.

I was in a game on Firebase Jade vs. Reapers when the servers decided it was the perfect time for me to disconnect. EA pls.

I made a score bragging thread a couple weeks ago. It got hammered.

Guess telling the world how good one is is frowned upon on the BSN.

Not at all, not at all.  The secret is in the method used to brag.  Just throwing a score out there is crass--dare I say, gauche?  But moaning endlessly about the incompetence of PuGs is such a subtle and indirect way of touting one's own formidable skills, no one will even notice.  Better still, it allows for the occasional argument that score is meaningless on those occasions when one is outscored.  In such a case, one needs simply point out that there is a certain gestalt je ne sais quoi that truly defines the great player.  This quoi, of course, is fully possessed by the PuG basher.

Now, get to bragging--the right way.

Wow. Your logic just stomped my brain.

Anyways I like both score-bragging methods, the only difference is that posting a screenshot leaves no room for imagination/exaggeration, it shows things as they are.

I also like your classy french wordies, je ne sais pourquoi.

Tonight was a night of reunions. First Ghostknife hopped on PS3 for a quick game with me, Prosthetic and Pint(server was acting stupid eh?) and then Rad Rage got to play ME3 again after being away for quite a few months. Great playing with both of you scrubs again :-D

Smelly

U/U/G
ended up with Cerberus / London.
I had my Collector adept. Played with a good team too! (We had just busted some heads in three U/U/Gs beforehand).

However, we all hunkered down with our characters to level up. It was tougher than the Collector round we previously did.
Anyways, missiles and medigels later, we beat it. Two guys didn't make it. Then I farted. That's why I used the word smelly.

U/U/G
Firebase Giant - Cerberus.
I'm playing adept asari and we camp the building. I'm using stasis on Phantoms and warping armored units, and we go 9 waves with only 1 death.
Wave 10 - Escort starting at spawn. We head in and I missile an atlas, then another one with 2 phantoms. People start dying and I missile again and revive people - but no one else is using consumables as we're surrounded. 2 bleed out, get escort done but get synced by phantom while last guy (Salarian Infiltrator) tries to snipe his way out before dying.

To save on gel and missiles they threw away a mission.
