U haven't Pugged in awhile have you? The quality of Gold players on PSN is currently atrocious. That scoreboard looks like a typical match now. I think the average extraction rate is currently in free-fall, compared to the statistics from earlier this year.
The last PUG match I was in, the host was using a Vanguard and had 9800 points at the end of wave 10. I don't even know how that is possible
