Played 2 Golds yesterday, quick search landed me in quite a good lobby. The host and one other were both really good players .. first match went ok, but I was trying a new set up on the BF3 soldier which was meh, and I wasn't playing my best.
The second match was against Cerberus and I was playing a Valkryie (normally one of my better kits). But I was getting serious lag issues (those who are familiar with the off-host Valkryie can probably guess ..).
About half the turrets were invisible, but after I had been downed, then either gel'd or revived, they would appear. A couple times I died right on top of one .. so that was really annoying.
Then early in wave 8, I see a Phantom at the other side of the room, and I see it begin it's synch kill animation. While this was happening I get sucked magnet like into the synch kill ... steam was coming off my head on that one ... when wave 9 started, the first thing I did was pull out the missile launcher and went at it .. the first 3 split spawns died fast.
After that match I retired for the night in shame
... but GG's Penguins_R_Cool if you are reading this, you played very well ... just know that I can play much better than I showed ..

Did a gold reapers on rio as the starter human adept. There were 2 other biotic users so we were doing many combos. Somehow I managed to get top score which was exciting for me as it was only my fourth gold run. Unfortunately I got knocked out of the extract zone by a brute at the last second. Back in the lobby they all voted to kick me out.

Great players on gold everywhere only leaving the 3rd or 4th place open on the scoreboard for the average scrub like me lol.
One lobby switched to Platinum and I tried to hang on / hang in for 2 games (Geth Condor and Collectors Ghost Hazard). Tough maps on Platinum for me and tough games in my book. Did the best to contribute though and the other players were really good & great to play with so it was all fun nevertheless :-)

Just scored 190k in a 4-player gold game with Volus Sentinel and Arc Pistol (Rio/Cerberus)
Never tell again that Voluses are only support classes!
It was a really fun game, I had good teammates.

ReactorHazard/Cerberus/Gold. I was playing a Destroyer with a Cyclonic IV. The game went OKish. Host migration on wave 9, so I even got to keep my consumables. About halfway through wave 11 I am inside the reactor. A painful looking horde of dragoons/phantoms is headed my way, so I intentionally lock myself into the reactor knowing that I will survive it, essentially dumping aggro so that I can get out of there without missiles.
Unfortunately I didn't realize that my Geth teammate had followed me into the reactor. He swore at me as I revived him, probably assuming I had fried him on purpose. Sorry man, I had no idea you were there until it was too late.

I was absolutely certain that wave 6 was a pizza, so when I saw that someone else was going to get there before me, I turned around and went back to killing things, trying to draw them away from from the LZ. It wasn't until a while later, when I realized that he still hadn't actually picked it up, that I went over to grab it myself. I though it was rather odd that all three of them were standing right beside it now, and yet none of them were picking it up. Then I realized, it wasn't a pizza. It was a hack...

Have witnessed this a lot in recent games > Not sure if players trying to buff scores or just feel the need to empty their cache but happening frequently.
Not really an issue for me but there are games where I know those missiles could have been used on objectives or to prevent synch kills rather than being saved for the extraction party.

I was playing a Gold match and surprisingly I was doing pretty good and there was a complete scrub in my game that tried to run around and do everything on his own. Lets just say he went down about every 2 minutes. It was quite said that a complete beginner would jump into a Gold match.

Threw on the HS hoping to get into a good match with some biotic booms. Instead ran into several matches where people just had to "help" the poor newb with the Avenger X kill everything he was aiming at. Guys, it's deadly on full auto!
Felt rage-y after that, so popped on my Huntress (oh baby) and laid down some headshots. lolBronze. On the plus side, unlocked the DrellfinatOr.

Talon Merc with a Valiant I and Shotgun Amp, and a Justicar with a Spitfire II. I don't remember the third player's loadout, but it wasn't very confidence inspiring either. I decided to remove my consumables (none of them were using any either) and just give it a go. Mostly because I wanted to see the Spitfire Justicar in action. Unfortunately, they still hadn't readied up after about 8 minutes, so I left.
