I rage quit w3, because so much lag + rubber banding is no fun. I sent the host a msg "u r the 2nd worst host for me" and he replied with "sure n.n" and an invite. Like. Wtf. I'll rage quit FTL, whenever I see this guy hosting again.

played a bunch of silver matches earlier with a really good team. everyone did awesome with most of the matches being done around 14-18 minutes. the faster the games, the more games to play. think i did around 6 or 7 matches with all the same people. love it when games go smoothly.  god bless you little pugs.

This guy dropped into one of my lobbies a few minutes ago, but left for some reason. Pretty obviously someone's alt, N7 80, a smidge under 2.5k CP, and low-level guns/eq.

Just WTF. Needed to clutch Bronze for another group, and watching me carefully skirt the edge of Giant for both pizza deliveries with three spectators must not have been sufficient instruction because they all died rather quickly out in the open on Wave 11, too.  Seriously, WTF... attempting to revive others with no cover while a Scion and a Praetorian are both obviously gunning for you is... not the obvious thing to do, especially when it hasn't worked in any earlier wave.  If I wanted to solo, I'd be hosting and starting solo games and I wouldn't be using a Striker IV as my main weapon with no non-gear equipment.

4 words: best Collectors PUG ever

 

was a u/u/g but we got goddess, so i'm already happy with that. i guess the other guys saw what i was doing trying to predict the spawns with my recon mine so we could rush in and take them out and they followed along nicely. wave 10 hack was especially badass. the circle was on the upstairs area and we were able to set up a chokepoint giving me free reign to SNIPE EVERYTHING

I'd like to think the whole squad returned to base and stripped down to almost nothing for a good 'ol fashion pillow fight in celebration for a job well done. 

 

FTFY.  As a grill irl, I can assure you we all do this in celebration of everything.  No really, I swears.

we were a trio, doing pretty good until wave 10 where we got the hack objective and it all went downhill from there.

I don't want to state the obvious but...LAG.

 

Tried to get in a couple of games before work, the first with my GE and a couple of guys who had the most annoying conversation. I think they were about 16 going on 9.

 

The second was with my fury, lagging so badly that I couldn't set off BEs. The host quit and I took my opportunity to get the hell out of there. My last game was almost fine, vanilla asari adept, BEs actually working. Myself, a paladin and two decent puggernauts.

 

Still, all in all, it wasn't that great a morning.

Lonely.

No one entered my lobby, had to solo. But also a good chance to try out the hurricane - I got it a couple of days ago. Now understands why so many praise this gun. TSent & hurricane was rather lovely.

Annoying..

 

Entered a gold lobby with low level N7's...no prob....i'm up for the challenge..looked like they were all just waiting for an experienced player to come thru. Now i'm not expecting to clutch EVERY wave, but i can clutch a couple. So we get gold/cerb/ and that Asari map (forgot the name) and they all start to complain about me stealing their kills...  ...just annoying..bullets are flyin', these guys are dyin' all over the place, i'm trying to save them...and they are complaining...had to clutch waves 8&9...and ended up dying on 10 due to me trying revive everybody...just not a good game.

Strange...

Searched for gold - I get into a plat lobby set for u/hydra, figured why not. So everyone equips a sniper and then we proceed to annihilate everything (collectors).
3 personal 10 w/s for me and two others, the one that fu died late on wave 10.

While I had to work really hard to find things alive, strangely the match lasted for 30 min.

These guys stayed on hydra for 2 more and those were the best plat pugs I encountered in quite some time.

I searched for a random lobby and ended up in one full of players from AHF. Quick game was quick.

i had an awful gold pug. took my batarian sentinel and landed in a lobby with two warlords and a human engineer. usual low level weapons and stuff. anyways, the game ends up being collectors on condor. wave 3 hack and everyone starts dying and i die trying to revive. i end up using 2 missiles to clear out enemies. i run as soon as the hack is complete and notice that everyone bled out so now i have to finish the wave by myself. pretty much after that, the game went to hell. the two warlords are always running straight up to proterians at the beginning of each wave to melee them and always getting sync-killed leaving me and the engineer to fend for ourselves. i was out of medigel and ops packs and had 1 missile left by the time wave 9 began. we all died. mission failed.

 

 

the good news is i laughed.

Landed in a Glacier/Cerberus/Platinum game with a Talon Merc effectively spamming Cain Mines & an N7 Paladin Snap Freezing all the things. Played 2 18-min games before I had to bounce for work. Easy money, I'll take it.

About 10 missiles were used before w11, lol. Another 5-6 were used on extraction. Reaffirms my faith to not PuG with all randoms and just solo/duo or play with friends.
