Swarm?
hazard glacier. Invisible giant swarm. Craziest game I've played in a while. No idea which direction it is heading. Went invisible on wave 7 caught all but the host off guard and they were the silent type who didn't call out its location. Was funny watching us all drop in the most silly revive chain ever.

It's been too long since I played a Krogan.  Rio/Reapers/Gold.  A very good team.  The Juggernaut topped the score, followed by my Krentinel, then the QME and Novalessguard.  Not the greatest map to try to relearn a melee build, but all went well (aside from me forgetting to go to extraction...).  Only problem was that about 50% of the time, my melees didn't do any damage to Brutes, Banshees, and Ravagers.  I got Brute-smashed once because I was counting on my melee to take it's last bar down.  I intentionally hit it from behind because I thought it was in sync-mode, but the attack didn't do any damage, giving it time to spin around to smash me.

Frustrating.

 

Not completely a PUG, since I was with eezo59, on his host. We got Reaper/HazReactor/Gold, and at least 2 Escorts that went through the reactor.

Some idiot pressed the button twice after the whole team came in the reactor.

 

Plot twist: I was the idiot.

 

The frustrating part: Nobody ever died from 4th degree burns! I dont know if it s on/off host related, but the animation was there, hellfire on my crispy teammates... But no little blue cross on pink background afterwards. Ugh!

not really a pug since i was playing with my brother but started a gold match and ended up collectors/rio. i was a krogan vanguard and decided that i would go melee crazy. it went really well and eventually two other players joined in on the fun. throwing enemies off the map is always fun i did better than i thought i was going to do. got full extraction and everybody was happy.

Kill sealing glory hounds who had to be constantly revived as they took on far more than they could handle. If you're going to run off on your own, fine. But know how to play and don't keep dying so the rest of us have to revive you or manage a two man wave!

I'm going for N7 Mastery atm, so I'm pugging Platinum. met some great teammates that worked together, used equipment, and weren't shy with the missiles or medigel. lol

I saved 8 million credits for this and now I'm still at 8 million, but with 12 promotions.

Dafuq. Decided to try the Talon Merc out for the first time in a Bronze match to see how his stuff worked. Landed in a wave-2 Platinum game being led by someone named DR_PANTIES, who basically soloed 95% of the match. Me and a third person who was already there did our best, but spent most of the time downed. This isn't the first time I've landed in something other than what I was looking for, but Bronze->Platinum? The host was a pretty good sport though, and would even throw us lesser players a couple revives here and there. I'd done a couple good Gold matches right before that with some other BSN folks, though, so tonight wasn't all bad.

I left mere moments before you joined, as I didn't have any equipment on. Ghost/Geth, right? Or whas it hydra? Weird shizzle with the quick search, through. I remember when I did that once, and I landed in a Plat game.

Especially when you are already being trolled hard by the game anyway - How many praetorians?  There were a couple of really good randoms though, it was just stupidly overwhelming last night....

recruit packs? i think leveling up would be faster by playing gold rather than buying from that slow store....

I replied back that my melee Krogan Sentinel could beat up his melee Krogan Warlord.  He wrote back that wasn't true and I am now blocked.

 

After reading this to my pug teammates, one of them sent me a message at the end of the game thanking me for my awesome teamwork.

If for some reason you get sick of promoting (I personally don't as it gives me someone to aim for), a recruit pack seems to have about a 50% chance of either 62,500 XP or 12,500 XP. To promote from level 1 to level 20 takes 2.5 million XP and therefore on average 33 or 34 recruit packs worth of XP. To do this 6 times requires 200 recruit packs, or if you like 1 million credits and a lot of patience.

 

Personally I buy recruit packs until a class reaches a particular level and then equip the appropriate consumables to compensate for my lack of character skill points. Good luck promoting.

You definitely should get them, X&Y are easily the best games in the series released in recent years.
