Surprising.
Trying a no-fitness no-cyclonics Collector Adept w/ a CSR; U/R/S with randoms. Rolled Hydra, expected to be downed pretty often c/o ravagers w/ long LOS and my poor use of dodging / slow reflexes but mostly avoided that. Wave 10 pizza was very ugly... but what annoyed me was that on wave 11 one of the pugs decided that /then/ was a proper time to use all his rockets instead of in W10 with one having bled out early and three having trouble staying up trying to close the deal.
Maddening
RogueState and I had a very frustrating time of it yesterday. We had randoms bugging out... EA servers playing up and the last game there was me and an Atlas doing a last enemy dance (everyone else dead) because I had no missiles and a poxy gun.... I spent 10 minutes shooting the damn thing (low health, only shields) and I had finally whittled it down to one bar and that is when *I* lost my connection to the EA servers...... 
That was also when I did my version of rage quitting.... I wailed at him that I was mentally broken and couldn't do it any more!

got magnet handsed (yes that's a word) by a phantom pulling my Cabal out of teleport dodge and gutting me whilst standing BESIDE me on my screen

Invisible. As in two of my teammates were apparently invisible the whole game (I thought they just quit during load in or got DCed). I didn't figure out they were still there until I saw a brute attacking what I think was the Valkyrie I saw in the lobby. On the upside, that meant I could easily figure out where to send my shockwaves to detonate for her. But I feel bad that I couldn't revive them as both seemed newish to the game based on loadouts in the lobby.
Uppercuts!
Haven't played melee AIU since the bronze melee challenge someone posted about a year ago. So many uppercuts it was hillarious, felt like Little Mac from Mike Tyson's Punchout. Firebase White is a great match for this as well with the landing zone, ramps, and ladder which are all fantastic launching points. I also get great enjoyment out of bouncing enemies off the roof. I am not sure if the juggernaut was too happy with me using him as a place holder, but OMG the distances were amazing.

Invincible
Had a Nemesis that couldn't be killed. We all blasted it with every weapon and power - even rockets didn't scratch it. It ended up glitched into the walls. Had to admit defeat and quit the match

I now understand all the hate for that power that I've been reading around here for all these months. Successful platinum extraction, so should not complain, but that might be one of the most annoying games I've ever played. The wielder of said flamer was a good teammate, revives and timely missiles, but always flaming and always right behind me.
Bronze
Searched UUG (with gear on because I'm a schmuck) and landed in bronze GIP. Took me a wave to realize why my prox mine was so devestating!

I promoted my Soldiers and took the Krogan into U/U/S pugland. Landed Wave 3 Vancouver Cerberus, 2 were already dead. It wasn't long before I had topscore, and by extraction, I had twice the score of 2nd place.
Speaking of extraction, all 3 of them went right to it as soon as Wave 11 started. Or so they thought! I passed the time running in circles up and down the ramps in the back, while first aid signs and revive noises serenaded the upper extraction deck. At the 30 second mark I decided it was time to head on over to the extraction marker and wrap it all up.
Funny thing, that. The extraction marker and the revive icons were in two different places! Oh my, I just got Lone Survivor because those FOOLS were CAMPING THE WRONG LZ!

Also, my last PUG was awful. When I say that I don't want to play U/U/G, I say it for a reason. I don't have the luxury of tons of consumables yet and a bad match-up will cost me. Well, it cost me. I can't play with the N7 Paladin until I restock.

Pugged into 2 Germans on mic and carried them through 2 games before reboot. They stalked my profile and all and wondered, why I'm not in the German leaderboards. lol
