Well... Xbox has always had 90% of the same ME 3 MP bugs as PS3. They're just rare, as opposed to commonplace.

My first real gold pug i.e. not playing with anyone on my friends list. everyone in the lobby was using a sniper of some sort (with varying effectiveness )

Yeah, disruptor with a Falcon. But it was reapers, and I spent most of my time fighting Brutes/Banshees - and someone else usually got the kill anyways. I didn't even notice Silvershroud [Tech Burst] xxx 5 times the whole match, let alone enough to get a silver medal from it!
Miserable
Geth Rio Gold, playing an Asari Valkyrie.
I had some sort of horrifying lag where I would fire a warp and it would actually leave my hand and get almost to my target, and then I would get staggered by the geth, the shot that would have caused a biotic explosion and staggered them spontaneously disappears, leaving me to get promptly annihilated. Again. And again. And Again. I was out of medigel by wave 6.
Even worse, my teammates completely refused to leave the box of shame. And to add insult to injury, they were TERRIBLE. Like, I would die about a minute into the round, they'd refuse to raise me because I'm outside of the box of shame, and I'd bleed out...and after they took 5 minutes to finish the rest of the round I would STILL outscore them. One of them was playing an AIU and would literally go through a dozen grenades a round. And that was the best of the bunch...and they were using a reegar with incindiary ammo.
At the end, only the AIU outscored me, and I died outside the LZ and once again they didn't raise me. I don't really hold that last one against them, as wave 11 rezzes are iffy at best.
Still, by the time I was done I just about threw my monitor out the window.
Gratitude.
Giant collectors platinum, ok team with a GI, fury and human soldier, no one is really weighing us down, but the human soldier either doesn't have gel, or isn't using it as he bleeds out a few times.
Tough devices on wave 10 eats the rest of my gel and rockets. Wave 11 rolls round and the human soldier gets taken down in the LX. I decide to make an effort, clear the LZ and revive him. I am rewarded for this 30 seconds later when he detonates a possessed abomination in my face, and leaves me to bleed out. Should have left him to rot...
Surprise!
Gold lobby, one N7 10 player and no one but me using equipment. Get white/ Geth. Don't know why I stayed, but we end up with a 23 min game with 3 waves survived.
Hydra Glitching... On PC.
Joined a platinum GIP on wave 1, one player just bled out. I m not sure if a second one was there too or joined at the same time as I did. We wrap up wave 1 anyway, and a short while after, I notice the bled out guy sniping from the waterfall with his N7 demolisher.
Come on dude. it s 2014, hax your credits if you need to, but play the game correctly in public.

Honestly, wave 10 devices vs. cerberus (on gold, in this particular case) can be one of the most annoying waves on ME3MP, IMO. It's like the engineers know where the next device is going to be ahead of time, so they can put about 3 turrets right next to it.

Had to kick a few glitchers but finally got a 4th.
Game was a lot of fun, 'mates were TGI/Harrier, GI/Javelin, and KroLord/Reegar.
I played GI/Piranha; cannot believe that gun used to have 8 shots. Much fun.

I didn't know that where you were slotted had anything to do w/ whether or not you could glitch, I thought you just had to not be the host.
Anyway, what I meant by 3/4 slots were full is that I was the 3rd, so all we needed was a fourth.
3 people loaded in a row w/ Destroyer/Striker, no equipment, and immediately readied up.

I may be mistaken, but the first time I ever heard about missile glitching I had dropped into a Plat lobby with a guy who was apparently an expert on the subject, and I remember him saying that you have to be in the 2nd or 3rd slot to do it. I think that means that you could even be the host, provided you played one game first and ended up in the 2nd or 3rd slot after returning to the lobby. But if this is accurate, then it wouldn't have been possible for that 4th person to missile glitch, even if they wanted to.
Probably not worth risking wasting a game/consumables on though, and anyone who is even intending to glitch in the first place deserves to be kicked, just on principle.
Host and 4th person to enter cannot do the missile glitch. It's not the slots in terms of order in the lobby but actual 1st and last people to enter said lobby. But I do so enjoy it when a forth drops in and tries. I will troll that clown the whole game.

Just to be safe, I've always assumed that it would, so for instance, when I'm hosting a public Plat match I usually won't start until the 2nd and 3rd person have joined, just so I can see their kit and loadout and kick them if they look like they're going to glitch...
Slow
I just promoted my Vanguards (I can't wait tobe done with N7 mastery...), so I did a silver match to start re-leveling them. I haven't finished outsider yet either, so I went with the Volus to work on that. And used this to pick a random weapon. Level 1 Volus Vanguard with a Vindicator. Even with AP ammo, it takes FOREVER to kill a Banshee. Five bursts to kill a silver Cannibal if you don't get a headshot. Yet I still outscored a level 20 Kroguard by almost 20K 
. Sure, he just had a katana, but still...
