I'm not good enough to carry everyone. U/U/S -> Glacier Hazard/Collectors.
It was basically a duo with a weak partner, because the two other players were completely useless -- went down constantly, wouldn't gel, would attempt to revive each other right in front of Scions and without cover, etc. Wasn't unusual that all three others were down.
Wave 10 wipe. I ended up with ~68K, the ~duo partner had ~39K, the other two were at ~15K and ~7K.
Failure.
Good lord, the lag. I must have desecrated a shrine to the latency god by mistake. Like, accidentally urinated on it, burned it down, and buried all the priests upside down.
First game was going really well, with me hosting and leading the scoreboard, but not by much. Suddenly wave six, from perfectly good gameplay; "You have been disconnected from the EA servers."
O...kay...? Whatever. I start a new game, not hosting this time. We're doing fine, until abruptly at wave 4 or so, one of the other players drops out. He was the only decent player. Make it to wave six or so before I go down, and realize that I dont have any medigel left. Then I get stomped. Then another guy gets stomped. Then the last guy(with a grand total of 10k points to his name) spends the next five minutes trying to kill stuff before he, too, gets stomped.
Next game; literally EXACTLY the same thing happens. Other good player drops out early on, nobody else joins, make it to wave six, get wiped. Because we keep getting wiped, I dont have enough money to buy medigel yet <_>
Next game: things are going decently well for once, until the crappiest scorer gets annihilated by a turret that is hiding in literally the worst possible place; it's invisible until you're actually falling off the edge to get to the fallen guy. The time it takes to fall and recover is exactly the amount of time it takes to get annihilated. Still no medigel. Like clockwork, I run in, get blown away, and then another guy runs after me and he, too, gets blown away. The last guy tries valiantly to solo the hack with just his adas, but seemingly was unaware of the turret sitting about 30 feet away. Suffice to say, he didn't have much luck. Wipe.
Fourth game; now the lag gods are taking a more active role. Poison strikes take 1-2 seconds to engage. Staggers last 2-3x longer than they should. Wipe.
Fifth game, I'm starting to get a bit annoyed now. Finally, though, this game seems to be going fairly well. We're playing fairly well together. Not as much lag. Get to wave 8 or so, when suddenly...

and how good Indra work on phoenix vanguard... apart from going down on every wave and scoring about 30k, I would say it's a good combo. One off the longest games I've played in a long time, something like 35min.

Played a few smooth plat games yesterday with very good players, nice change.
Then I played today a few gold games, carried a little but the others were just fine considering what you can expect from pugs: not dying too much, using equipment, doing objectives and so on.
Missa glad.

played a few with new players this weekend and was able to extract even though they kept camping the LZ with a Demo. Had a few crisp Golds this morning with my GE, really loving that kit now
MELEE!
Landed on a preset Glacier/Reapers/Gold with 3 Juggernauts. Banshee teleported through the window and instagrabbed me early in Wave 8. I went afk to make a homemade meatloaf from scratch. Got back just in time for Wave 9.
KICKED!
That's right, I, PurpGuy, was KICKED from the subsequent U/U/G lobby, for informing the host that he was using a Pistol Rail Amp with an Assault Rifle and an SMG. How in the world this elicited a 3-kick response, rather than a change rail amp response, is well beyond me.
LAG!
The game after that, I joined a Dagger/Geth/Gold game in progress, everyone in the game (except the host) had MASSIVE 6 second delay. One guy bled out on Wave 3, no gel, I didn't blame him. My entire Wave 4 contribution was killing 2 Hunters. Wave 5 I sat in the cubby under the thingie and had a pseudo-chain-revive festival with the two other laggies. It was a valiant effort but ultimately futile. Wave 6 was a total Wipe, host wasn't able to complete the hack alone.

Wasn't quite the most recent one, but it was... memorable... for one particular moment where I launched into a sprint towards a group of enemies to introduce them to the Raider. Well, that was the plan, anyway...
What I didn't take into account:
- This was Reactor Hazard
- "Storm" and "use" are bound to the same button
- I was close to the button and while not looking directly at it, wasn't that far off
I should also mention that my teammates were all inside the reactor at that instant. Whoops!

Vancouver/Collectors/Platinum. Playing with the Asari Valkyrie, finally bringing in some pain. I was running in the trench from a floating Praetorian, A-Bomb walks downstairs, I kill it with a Biotic Explosion. Then it kills me with a Nuclear Explosion. Rude. I scored over 100k though. I am getting useful.
Good.
There was a guy following me around and snap freezing, so I tea-bagged him at every opportunity or did combat rolls on his body. Revived everyone else asap, and I know he noticed.
There were also wave 11 nukes from my snap freezing friend.
Soon as we got in the lobby, they left. Good. Go away.
Slow.
I was. I was a Demolisher. There were two Drell. I didn*t get many grenades.

Never ending wave
Dropped into a gold match wave 3 on Reactor v Cerberus. Had a quick look at the other 3 players scores . Mmmm quite high for wave 3 .
20 minutes later them Cerbs are still coming . My Shadow is all alone now and after a few more kills I decide I have had enough and unleash all missiles and then commit suicide in the reactor . Strange hax . What was the point ?

Objective and extraction waves nukes to keep up, somewhat. Why people hate not being at the top of the scoreboard so much is beyond me. And if you're dumb enough to nuke, why not nuke waves 5, 7, 8 and 9?

Happens a lot in Pugs . Seems some players would rather bleed out or let the mission fail than strategically use any of their missiles before extraction.

Wound up in a hacked lobby. We made it to wave 10 on the horde mode but this random messed up our last objective (we got unlucky and wound up with targets 3 times in a row and the abominations were invisible).

True, I probably should have done that. Following that one, I had a disturbing number of horrific looking lobbies in a row. Sub-120 N7, low level uncommon weapons, engineers with biotic gear, etc. But eventually...
BOOM!
My Justicar, a Valkyrie, and a Fury vs Reapers. Both of them also knew what they where doing, so we just melted everything in our path. There was a Juggernaut as well, but he didn't get a chance to do much because we killed things before he was able to slowly wander around the corner to shoot at them. I felt kind of bad for him.
1) Decent. Host was a fury who wiped out the first 2 waves in explosions. Wave 3 was a bit weird, we all died. Rest of game was fine, altho fury was a bit suicidal, kept running into things and dying. But we extracted (shame they all got their rockets out for wave 11).
2) Mediocre. Decided to try out a Plat pug. It was preset to reapers giant of course. Bizarrely the host didnt want to match the 3 people in their lobby by switching to biotic. Was doing pretty well but wave 8 they all dropped dead. I tried to finish the wave but it wasnt going to happen, got stunned by 2 marauders , started to lag out, even a rage rocket had no effect. Rapid stomp, game over
Furious.
At one point we had three Furies (joined by a probably amused Batarian Adept later on). Had a few Fury-heavy rounds of random map/Cerberus/Silver. It's all high-intensity fun and games until the engineers show up...
Meh...
Joined a GIP as my Drelldept, got FBW/G/G. There was a TGI, Fury and a Warlord smashing everything in sight and making no move to help on objectives or bother getting to extraction. The Fury got 'stuck' on wave 7 and stayed in the match rather than leave so we could get a new player. Not sure on the ethics of this one, granted he earned the wave 3 & 6 credits but I think I would have bailed rather than leech off my team mates for the rest of the game.
Ended up being alright, the TGI and I extracted just fine.

I was testing Fraps, because I need it for a project. Well, it didn't do squat in the end.

Eh, I wasn't at my best. I was tapping the wrong buttons and ehehehe, that didn't end well. I need to change my key bindings.
#3: Trio
My pal had to leave because I was a laggy host, which is a surprise to both of us. Had to finish with an AIU and an Asari Adept. We managed a partial extraction.
I don´t often ragequit, but when I do, it´s because I can´t press on the reactor shiny button!
Couldn´t take cover either.
