You should've told him that the Juggernaut is slow as hell, and that was the reason he wasn't getting any kills...you've either to position yourself decently, or spend the match as nearly an spectator, especially on big maps like Rio. Heck, it isn't even my favourite Soldier class anymore (frankly, I prefer even vanilla humans).

 

Juggs are good if you want to begin practising with firearms-heavy classes after using some power-heavy class, or in order to test weapons with relative inpunity. But besides that.....

 

Didn't want to antagonise him, he was the host he could have quit just before the end of wave 6 and caused a restart making us go through it all again ... I'd rather just stay quiet and leave at the end.

Teamed up with a N7 Fury as a Novaguard, against Geth on White (Gold). Lots of hilarity, biotic explosions, and mutual resurrections. And I ended up with a new Novaguard record score (127k)

OT, my last pug was f*cking fantastic. Well, it was more like a semi-pug because I had one buddy with me but I'd say it still counts. I could go into detail as to why this pug was so good but to summarise: "Wow, that wave 10 center hack on London vs geth sure was relaxing." aren't words I say a lot.

 

FB London/geth/gold, 16 minute thunder run, wave 10 center hack passed with flying colours and zero missiles used throughout the game.

Embarrasing

 

1 last game before bed last night, and i couldn't afford a long match, so I pugged a Silver with my GI/Hurricane ... UUS became GlacierH Geth ..

 

I dropped 3 times in wave 1 WOW .. f'n hazard combined with Geth stunlock and a couple rage gels led to that ... worst part was I'm pretty sure there was a forumite in that lobby to witness it all

 

back to bronze!!!

Another Gold/Geth bout (it seems the best ones I have are against them...don't know why people hate them so much ) in Reactor. Thing is that it came the extraction wave, and the entire team (including me, and I was my usual Novaguard) decided to bunker down at the other side of the reactor, because unfortunately Geth decided to spawn just in front of the EZ. So there we were, standing the four of us together and anhiliating every bastard that came across the reactor (luckily they didn't even decided to flank us...they just kept coming straight towards us...the fools).

 

It was very nice...disciplined, I'd say At about 20 seconds remaining we killed them all, then rushed and extracted with no casualties. Good team

U/U/G (Cerberus/Reactor Hazard) with a Juggy, a vanilla human of some variety (I think, can't remember exactly) and a level 1 Cabal with an Avenger Oh... and me with a 6/6/6/6/0 SE with a Viper. Full extraction so that Cabal went straight to level 13, hence community service

Normally I've had really good experiences with pugs, but lately it's felt like a crapshoot. Either it's a smooth 18 minute game or we don't extract. Ah well

Decided to play 1 game after watching some YouTube. Hosted a gold pug, k, no one joining. I'll start alone I guess, even though I hate JIPs.. Frames were unbelievable terribad, like, srsly. Ended up beeing an unprepared gold solo.. Back in the lobby.. 2 seconds to fill it.

Really, I decided to try a Gold game last night but there's an AIU running around with a Reegar X + Incendiary, IIRC. My favorite kit, the Shadow, just can't compete with that.... especially not with my kind of manifest. There's two Jugs too rocking rare X-level weaponry, IIRC.

 

Well, not that I don't appreciate the easiness of the game itself due to how overpowered those three were, it's just that I felt kind of useless the entire match. That's not really a pleasant feeling... hahaha.

 

Honestly I am extremely surprised that I even scored not the lowest but the 3rd.

Played a nice, casual Silver match with two talkative PUGs. Not really remarkable, but pleasant.
Decided to switch to Volus Merc 'cause I haven't played a butterball in a while.
While I'm switching my load-out, I hear one of them go "hey, if y'all wanna make some money let's switch it to Platinum, we just need a coupla adepts".
I come out of the weapon selection screen to see the fourth has switched to a Jug.
"Hey Poetry, you gotta mic, lemme know what's up."
