Now honest, hosted a gold pug, people joined quickly and fully equipped - both good gear and weapons. "This is gonna go well", I said. Wave 1, Wave 2, everything going terrific, an excellent team. Wave 3, I run to drone, find the place packed with a fresh collector spawn multitude, I nuke it. So far so good. Getting to the reactor, we get cornered by Pretorians, before I nuke them, one grabs me and I sync-die. The team manages to proceed, and just about getting to the objective, the three fall to a Pretorian and a couple Collector Troopers. "OK let's hope whoever gels, uses OpsPack and Missile", I thought. One gets stomped. Another one. Another one. I was just like "what the...!!!!"
I know, "dyers can't be beggers", but! Why pack so much good gear and not even try in a team that promised so much!?

Joined an in-progress game on Goddess against Geth, playing my absolute flimsiest character (my GI can kill stuff, honest!) But to make matters just hat little bit more irritating, there were already 2 other GI's in the game. One carrying a Javelin (like me) and the other carrying a GPS. Of course, I don't have gear on. I'm a scrub. I don't use gear. My favorite part was wave 6 and 10 because they all kept cloaking and drawing all the aggro to whoever was doing the deice (mostly me). Let's talk about the fact that I'm horrible at fighting Geth while I'm a Geth. So by the end of wave 10, I had a total of 42,103 points. Crimson says I don't talk about my scrubbery enough, so here it is.
Oh my I'm surprised you didn't just quit the lobby seeing another person wearing the exact same kit as you!
And I didn't see you get sync'd today I am disappoint!:innocent:

1st match? Destruction. Inferno grenade + chain overload (only one chain) exploded everything.
2nd game? Screwed. Invisible phantoms to everyone but the host... It was impossible, your life would just disappear when you thought you were safe.

I wanted to level up my vanguard class, and also test the Valkyrie V. Used the weapon platform cabal, and had a GI on the team. in the beginning the gi struggled for survival, but in the end he outscored me in the last 2 waves. It's like the learning curve on a very fast tempo, and considering that it was london-geth-gold, didnt go bad at all.

I never really played GI so I thought i would play him today. First match is with 3 v high N7/CP people with equipment. Collectors Reactor match is a bit messy but we get full extraction. I cant say i did anything particularly bad, but I scored really low, about 45k compared to their 100k .
One guy left. I switched to drell adept (my try hard kit). No one else comes to lobby so we start anway, get Reapers Giant. Eventually a new pug joins. No one dies the entire match, i didnt even need ops packs, only used 3 missiles (wave 10 drone escort was insanely stupid, and wave 11 there was a lot of crap at the LZ) and they all start spawn nuking on waves 6-9. I have NEVER seen anyone spawn nuke on gold before except for a few friends, and they tend to nuke only once or twice, not on four waves. Near flawless match, they all scored 130-135k, I got 120k only because of cluster grenade spam

One last round in for the night, London/Reapers/Gold, decided to go against my own grain and snipe to work on my Widow mastery with the Drell Assassin. The Puggernaut collected some flies for me to swat, and the Talon Merc just.. looked mysterious with that mask, I guess. The second Puggernaut disconnected, to no real dismay.
Like shooting fish in a goddamn barrel.
