Trapped while trustily following me to safety, trapped in duo following me, twice the burn in a single oven hack, burned disabling device, cooked along with pizza and drones, reviving her in the oven but only after hitting the button first (credit for this trick goes to her tho) cooked for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time and last but not the least my only remaining trick - grabbing the pizza and placing it at the back of the oven and making her go get it

Look at it from their perspective. It's very possible that lag might've been awful and impairing gameplay. I always quit games if it reaches that level of absurdity.

 

Would you stay in a game where the host was so bad to the point where you were shackled next to a turret that's able to kill you even after you run for a separate room?

Unfortunately, if the past is any indication of the future my odds aren't great; we've played countless reactor games, and I'm not sure that I've ever actually gotten her (I've trapped her in the reactor at least once, but she cheated and used ops packs). Doesn't mean I'm going to stop trying, though!

Pug going as pug goes, alone in Hack Circle, some Lag, a Guy that goes down atleast 5 Times per Wave... still alot good ones too.

And i see alot of "newer" Players currently (everything beleow N7 120 combined with below 200 Challenge Points in my Book).

Dropped into a Reapers/London/Gold with a Krysae-wielding GE.  Disruptor rounds on a Krysae do not make for quick work of armored units.  I ran out of ops packs after clutching wave 8.  Would have helped a lot if two of the pugs weren't so useless.  There was a Cabal who I don't think even managed 30K throughout the match.  At least the host (a Human Infiltrator with a BW) was good.  Amazingly, the wave 10 devices was possibly the quickest wave 10 devices I've ever seen - especially considering how most of them where in bad locations.

I play as Rabbit 11, a name some of you may dread. I'm not the greatest player and if I have ruined anyone's experience, my apologies. I'm old, work at a hospital and like play M3 Multi to unwind after dealing with the ER all day.

Some of you may want to avoid me - I'm really okay with that because chances are I'd never want to have a soda/coffee/beer with you either. But don't go making up stuff and reporting me for language when I NEVER use a mic. Really not cool. And if you wanted it as a "friends only" game - there's a setting for that. I know, I have used it.

Aside from that, I have played with some very cool people and and some patient ones who have helped me become a bit better of a player.

I do tend to play a Juggernaut, which I am gathering from the forum is a loathed character?

Most people on BSN specifically don't like Juggernauts that utilize bad Hex Shield placement and/or spend most of the match using their heavy melee, mainly because it deals lackluster damage and often traps people into a situation where their Jug will eventually be downed.

And yeah, starting ME3 basically skyrocketed my "avoided" percentage too.
Especially funny were the ones who chose "quit game early", which led me to believe those dudes didn't really play that much.

Unfotunately there is no way to avoid the idiots . Don't let them ruin the game for you. Juggs are not loathed . They dont interfere with anyone elses enjoyment of the game although it can  get a little annoying  if you plant a large sheild in front of a narrow hallway because it hinders  others from  engaging  the enemy .

I do heavy melee a lot as a Jugg, but I figure that I am drawing away the heavy hitters to me allowing others breathing room and a chance to set up kills. I don't care that much about being the one with the highest kill ratio. Besides, he can take the punishment

No i like juggernauts except for 1 specific type. The toufu juggernaut, where they go down to a 2 cannibals and a husk. You have to wonder how they spec and use their juggernaut to be that bad.

Really.  Just block out 20-30 minutes and finish the match.  We started out with a suspect, but plucky team.  Asari Justicar (me), Asari Sentinel, Shadow (Widow), and a Jugg.  Giant\U\Plat Cerberus.  And we are banging on all cylinders.  By wave six, I check the score, but forgot what it was because now there are only three players!  Where's the Sentinel?   No time.  It's Wave 7. Shadow and I share package runs at Wave 10.

 

We hold up the LZ and it is glorious.  It's 20 seconds left and everything starts walking in place.  Shadow bails with 20! 20! 20! 20! seconds left.  

 

Juggy and I restart extraction by ourselves.  And we held the line!  30 seconds to extraction and some heavy hitters arrive cursing they joined a game that was about to end.

 

Bottom line?  Stay in the game.  Unless the house is on fire or your SO is walking out the door for someone new.  Finish. The. Game.

I played Silver games to relax....... not to scratch my head silly, and yet numerous times last night I did just that... 10x 15x revive, more than a hundred thousands points while the 2nd place is 20-30k at most.... Numerous times......... On silver.

 

Unless you have great equipment, please play at bronze first to level up your characters..... Sigh..........

 

And they didn't even gel or missile...... Although most probably they don't have them.................. Sigh............

 

A couple of Gold games as well. Most were successful, one failed pretty badly, with the highlight of the night being playing with a couple of father and his boy, I think, with the father teaching the boy the ropes, I think, since they both spoke in Spain/Portuguese, I think. On Gold though...................................... and the father wasn't even a good teacher, because he kept on sync-killed due to his persistence in using his Krogan to butthead Brutes and Banshees....... Basically the only ones that did the most of the work were myself and one other micless dude. I think that micless dude was pissed off because in the end he didn't make it to extraction; the father didn't make it too, only me and the kid, hahahaha.

 

Well at least they're entertaining/amusing to hear considering how.... happy, they seemed to be at playing. Joking around, laughing around (BWAHAHAHAHAHA ala Krogan), being cheerful. It's a pleasant thing to hear.

 

Oh, I was also got almost kicked due on a Gold lobby. The thing is, I joined a lobby and here's what I saw: a couple of low leveled characters--although admittedly with respectable amount of N7 and Challenge Points--and they didn't bother to put up equipments, while I put all of the best stuff that I had.... I waited quite a while to see on the equipment screen whether they equipped stuff or not but they didn't... and it's taking quite a while... so I just exited the lobby. I searched another gold lobby, and the game threw me back at the same lobby! Immediately I saw two kick-votes, and before I got the third, I bailed out again, hahaha.

 

Also, a surprising amount of times on my sessions last night that people huddled up on the LZ immediately on Wave 11. What's up with that? I felt bad if I was the only one skirting around at the other side of the map so I joined them most of the times... although it's a bad, bad thing to do........

Oh, I completely understand.  Life happens.  ISP didn't get paid, network has a hiccup, the 10 year old WRT-54G needs a reboot right bleeping now!  The mini-exodus of players became a particular trait of this last PUG and made for some very unhappy newcomers as a result.

Playa

 

Joined a team of 3 pugs who were friends (using mics) and played a couple of gold games. Everything just went smooth, everyone just killing things and the very occasional missile being fired. Got called a playa, which I assume is a good thing.

 

Sniper

 

Joined a different team of pugs and got glacier with my sniper setup. I simply hanged around the starting area and sniped anything that dared to come into my line of sight. The pugs noticed this, because several occasions they were literally running away from the enemy, causing the enemy to chase them through the LZ area aka as my sniper killing zone.
