It's a common occurance on Condor. If your 4th person gets the black screen, ever person who tries to replace him will also get the black screen. If the person leaves and rejoins, they will get the black screen.
Basically the 4th lobby spot on that map gets cursed for the entire match
That's happened to me a couple of times, didn't know it was bugged though.
So basically another reason to 'love' Condor.

During extraction, a Banshee lifted me up with about 2 seconds to go. She never actually finished her animation, but I still didn't get counted as part of the extraction :/

Nothing to do with lag. You're not counted if the Banshee is doing her animation. After all, you couldn't very well have made it to the shuttle dangling like a Christmas ornament from her loving arm.

You know it's going to be a bit rough when you are outscoring 2/3 players using a CAR with no equipment. Three games in a row. Fortunately, each time there was a well equipped decent player that carried us all to victory

It was Condor/Geth/Gold, and I've found out that Kroguard isn't very prone to dying in these circumstances.
That said, I really need to level up my guns. Weight is a b@#$h.

So there I was, in the long hallway of White, escorting the ball down the stairs. There was an Atlas and a Brute directly in front of the escort, meanwhile Banshees were closing in from behind. So I rocket the Atlas and the Brute.
Immediately afterwards, another Atlas and another Brute spawned around the corner and got in our way. I rocketed them, too.

I've had that happen and still made extraction, although I haven't been able to replicate the feat. I blame stubborn banshees, helpful PuGs and a general desire to not get sync killed for my 'failure.'
Sorry about your tough luck, but I know it's not easy to get a banshee to grab you within a specific two to three second window in the LZ. So, uh, congratulations on that!

During wave 8, all of my "team-mates" got skewered by banshees. Wave 9, 2 got skewered and 1 bled out for a bit of variety.
At which point I left them to it.

Three N7 Furies and a Geth Juggy. I'm still trying to get the N7 ****** to work on my terms in Silver so I figured it was either going to go very smoothly or horribly wrong.
I was pleasantly surprised at the former.
Leecher (myself) went to my 1st gold game on PS3 yesterday ( i havent played playstation since 2007) took me a week to get used to the backwards firing/powers buttons took my lvl 16 FQI Mantis..was Rio/Reapers...scored 70k...but I felt like a leecher for not scoring higher

Joined a gold lobby and just had time to put on some consumables before the match started so I didn't get a good look at the other three, but there was a Drell, a Salarian and a Quarian.
Game starts, we get Collectors on hazardReactor and I saw enemies outlined in red and thought "Oh no, it's gonna be one of THOSE games ..." but I don't think I heard a single recon mine being set off for the ENTIRE GAME. Wow. That has GOT to be a first in my 5,000+ games.

Joined a game in progress and all of my consumables, powers, and grenades, were simply boxes of horizontal lines. I soon wondered if that meant I had infinite grenades, but alas, such was not the case.

Figures. First match of the day I actually get into with a functioning internet connection, and it's hacked. And not in a good way. The team looked legit, I mean, the host was using an AIU with a Reegar and level 4 equipment. That's not normally the setup I associate with a filthy haxer. A try-hard, sure...
Anyway, get into the game, and the first thing I notice is I have 10 grenades, not 5. I also notice that when I get shieldgated my shields seem to restore instantly, though at first I put that down to lag. After a bit of experimenting, I discovered shields instantly restored, I could not die and health restored to full at the end of the round. I couldn't even be sync-killed - Banshees just dropped me after the animation, and Brutes didn't seem to be doing it at all.
I just don't get it. I mean, I assume the guy's inventory is hacked as well, which would explain the level 4 equips...I guess. But why use an AIU if you're functionally immortal? Why not have some fun with it? Melee Volus Vanguard or something. Not that I find being invincible fun in the first place...kinda ruins it when you remove the element of risk.

Ran into a decent looking bunch in a preset Giant hazard lobby. Turned out to be vs Geth and none of them could stay alive for more than a couple of seconds. At least the cain mine spammer was killing things. Eventually had to get on the mic to tell em to camp the ****** LZ since they couldn't stay alive. They still failed at that. Had to plead with em at the start of the wave 10 escort to use missiles and gels if they had to. The Talon complied with the nukes at least.
Never again.

Played a match in Condor which was bugged so that when an enemy died under the effects of Tactical Scan, the scan graphic remained in place over that spot. By the end of the game they were everywhere.
... Although honestly if that ever happens when I'm the one using TacScan, once it becomes apparent what's happening I think I'll use it on husks and troopers...

I theorize that he had sufficient coding aptitude to break certain aspects of the game but not all of them. I further extrapolate that he was attempting to acquire currency at as fast a rate as possible. Based on these two assumptions, it is logical to take one of the highest damage-dealing classes and complete rounds at the maximum possible speed.
Of course, it would be much easier to just hack your credits, but that seems like cheating.

You can change those in the options menu so that they match the Xbox setup.

A guy with a 1 N7 rank with level 1 soldier joined up a Gold lobby... by the time I joined up he has already one kick vote on him. Since he used a mic, I turned up my mic and said, "Dude, you should probably not play Gold with level 1 soldier", in which he replied, "No worries, this means you guys can have more experience points anyways."
I wanted to reply that it didn't work that way, but I saw the host immediately changed into a GI and since I am a GI and the other person was a very decently equipped Quarian something, and they readied up, so I just kept my mouth shut and pushed ready as well.
We got GlacierHazard against Geth. The guy was a total beginner, wondering about the electric bees ("what the hell was that?"), asking how many waves we need to play ("Eleven? Holy ****!") etc etc etc. Of course he got downed so many times since he's still a level 1 soldier, so the three of us carried him the entire game. We finished with partial extraction, but he miraculously was a part of that extraction--the one failed was the Quarian. He said stuff like "HOLY **** that was intense, damn!" in which I replied, "Yea, so you should probably train in bronze and silver first before jumping to Gold," in which he replied "Yea, I should do that." I also gave him a bit of advice about purchasing Recruit and Veteran packs first before buying Spectre and above stuff.
The Quarian left--I guess he/she was pissed off that the level 1 soldier made it to extraction and he/she didn't--so I said thanks to the host for the games and left. All in all, an entertaining experience.

I joined a lobby where the Host already had 2 vote kicks on him. I placed the 3rd without a second thought. There must have been a good reason!
Incidentally, you don't get to keep your gear after the match if the Host leaves due to kick. FYI

Pugging with my asari adept. Came across a match with another asari adept, a justicar, and a huntress. All of them were good players and many asarigasms were had between waves. I haven't played a match with four asari in well over a year. It was great.
