UUG ---> Pugs/Vancouver/Cerberus and the game went well up to wave 8, calm teamwork, little drama apart from the odd turret, and when my HE was 3/4 through taking down the last Atlas of the wave: "You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect server. Please connect again to access online features of this turtle."

[asari huntress] Plat glacier reaper, I'm in LA and the host in Italy (all friends): the warp needed half a second to register when it landed.... team still managed to extract (i got ninja grabbed by a banshee at extraction). Good teammates thou!.

Had a pug where we had 10 waves survived. One guy got grabbed four times but saved before penetration every time.
One of my friends was changing kits and accidentally kick voted the pug, who began raging over the mic like a madman. I damn near pissed myself.

Hazard Giant, Collectors, Gold, with one teammate playing as a vorcha sentinel and spamming grenades and using full duration flamer, and another playing as a human adept spamming shockwave.
I was trying to play a sniper infiltrator. At any given moment i was simultaneously being grenaded, viewshaken, blinded by fire, abombed, and stealth sync killed.

I am sure this guy either had a scope on his missile launcher or they were heat seeking missiles . Kill objective on Condor and he was deadly accurate at 500 metres . Never moved from his position.
Could have been my imagination but it looked like 1 missile swerved around a couple of enemies and over a barrier to take out the target. Pretty amusing to watch

3 pugs one after one were I was forced to carry an bunch of inept and incompetent players. Stop charging enemies and stay in the freaking hack circle. Jesus.

I have been super busy lately, and it's been a few weeks since I have been able to play at all. I couldn't hit anything. I would shoot to the left of an enemy, then correct and shoot to the right, and then maybe hit the third shot. I did pretty well with the Human Adept, when I could get by without a lot of precise aiming. But switching to the QMS with Saber was a bad, bad idea. Epic scrubbiness challenge achieved. I should get a banner for that.
I did have a pretty decent lobby with 2 BotB and one low level person who at least tried hard, so the matches (U/U/G) went pretty smoothly. One of the BotB was playing a Huntress with a ULM Harrier though. Strange.....
Having fun playing as TGI, following this one person using Vorcha and overloading everything he/she burned with Flamer. Didn't actually shoot/kill much even though if I wanted to I could, just wanted to be funny for that one match, hahaha. Fire explosions everywhere. Wondered if the guy/lady playing the Vorcha was annoyed by me or not.
For a bonus, in that much I always killed swarmers with JETPACKPUNCH too.
The match was smooth though

For some reason gold is populated with low-level pugs who use no equipment, terrible weapon combos, and don't know how to deal with anything that isn't a basic unit. I got synced while playing kroguard and thought 'whatever' because the game had been going easy. Turned out I had just been carrying them since I got the pleasure of watching somebody try and kill an Atlas for five minutes who couldn't decide between a Mantis or a GPR to kill it, and just let it regen its shields.
Drop back to the lobby (since I had joined in progress) and it turned out to be the third group of sub-200 N7 puggers out of three lobbies joined.
What is it about Wednesday mornings.
Headless
Got a bug where a player defended himself from a husk. Then the said husk picked himself up, not minding the missing head, run towards me and attacked. He had no hp bar so we couldn't kill him. It ended up in me being grabes by a headless zombie, then dieing while being choked to death, eventualy my dead self managed to crash the already crashed head and play on. The only problem is it drained my entire ammount of 7s i had. The most annyoing bug I have witnessed so far.
Ouch
Played 1 gold match last night. Used a TGI / Harrier, landed in wave 5, the instant I loaded in I was downed by an Atlas rocket in the middle of Rio. Turns out the host was from Mars (or at least their connection was).
Stim packs didn't really work because lag, got phantom synch killed on 11 when it effectively performed a shadow strike on me. I come around a corner, there's the Phantom, it takes a swipe at me, I cloak and hit Overload to get her in a defensive posture, where it then teleports behind me and runs me through lol
in the lobby, I see the game was pre set to Rio Cerberus, yuck .. I wonder if a newer player thinks that is an easy combo?
PHENOMENAL COSMIC RAGE
The game I was just in pushed all known limits of the universe to their breaking point. We had;
Reapers/Reactor/Gold
A: a Volus that managed, in six waves, to score a grand total of NINE THOUSAND POINTS.
B: A human engineer that apparently could not comprehend the concept of detonating other people's primes or vice versa. Even if I detonated a fire explosion DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM, they STILL hit it with an overload! In fact, I'm fairly certain they thought I was 'stealing kills'(wat), because...well, i'll get to that in a moment.
C: And finally, worst of all, an AIU that apparently...uh...well, they scored 20k points. And didn't know how to use repair matrix. And by this I don't mean, didn't know how to use it well...I mean they didn't know how to use it at all. And somehow weren't capable of getting the package to the LZ...FROM THE RAMP RIGHT NEXT TO THE LZ. When they'd finally managed to kill everything in the immediate vicinity, they proceeded to walk onto Ravager Spit and run out of medigel. The sound of my face hitting my desk could be heard for miles.
And then, to make it all the more glorious, after we fail on wave six, they kick me from the lobby. I mean, there was zero chance I was going to stay there. But still. Seriously?
One of these days I'm going to put my fist through my desk.

For some reason couldn't get a Gold game last night for one reason or another. Even Platinum wasn't much better and after I got fed up with sitting in a lobby for ages I switched to my alt account and played Silver for a couple of games.
Did pretty good so the host didn't kick my low N7, level 16 Turian Sentinel when he changed it to Glacier, Geth, Gold.
I even clutched wave 8 with my Tempest 1.

Was searching for silver some time ago with my level 18 unequipped TSol, The host was a TSent and we were joined by a Juggy and another Tsol but a hi-level one. Host switches to gold to 'teach me a lesson' since I wouldn't leave the lobby. Well .. me and the good TSol exctracted despite having Collectors on Reactor, I went down a couple of times since I wallgrabbed on the lower floor and a Scion decided to dump all his grenades on top of me and I couldn't run away since I was glued to the damn wall, and I got cornered by a spawn once but it was a surprisingly easy game despite my condition and the other two being dead most of the time.
Turians FTW.
Just had another "friendly reminder" that I should really host, when pugging.
Decided to dust off the old Quarksman for some headshot goodness with the Locust. So, of course, I get Reapers, the least headshot friendly of all the factions. Bleh. Only got myself to blame though, should've just picked a faction instead of going with Unknown/Unknown. Better yet, I enter on an objective wave. Only the first one but...wait, two people are already dead? Wonderful.
That was when I should've quit. But no, this is Sparta, the Alamo, TUUUUUUUUUCHUNKA! Literally, since we are on Giant. Giving up is not an option, we must make Wrex proud.
Killed the targets, moved onto the next round. One gets executed by a Brute, the other two mostly run around and don't do much. I'm already second on the leaderboard...not good at all. Wave 5 sees two people go down permamently, with only the Widow-wielding, non proxy-mine using Salarian Infiltrator to keep me company. I'm guessing he was levelling up, as without PM he should have full health and shields and so take a Banshee ball to the face like a champ...or he was running some kind of crazy sniper-melee build or something. I don't know.
Whittle it down to one Banshee with little problem. The SI gets taken out by a Banshee ball, giving me time to finish her off. Nice.
Round 6 is pizza delivery. Should be OK, I can normally run with the pizza. Flamer Geth Trooper grabs the pizza before I can though, while the other two let the LZ get overrun by...well, the entire spawn, it seems. Alright. Clear it out, not a problem. Headshotting Marauders like a pro, it's all going smooth. I make a run and get the second pizza. As I bring it back, the LZ is overrun again. Two of the team go down again, a Quarian Engie and the Flamer Trooper. I'm a bit closer to the Trooper, so I decide to kill a nearby Ravager and go for him. As I do, everything freezes, then I get the dreaded "Host has quit" message.
By some miracle, the game didn't throw me out, and I got host. All equipment back, making a nice change from how that normally goes. Still, it's just me and the QFE. I do both deliveries, no problems this time. And by the end of the round, my faith in Wrex and the philosophy of never cutting and running is answered, and I am gifted with a Krogan Vanguard and Soldier for my troubles.
We finish off the game with no real problems, apart from a couple of rounds where the Kroguard spectated, due to some ill-chosen charges. Soldier was a pro though, definitely knew what he was doing, and helped turn what was a previously tough match into a breeze (RLD-SP a BSNer? If so, you have my thanks). I even think we got a full extraction.
Still, I really need to start hosting again. This sorta thing happens way too often.

I don't know what it is about the London map, but whenever the enemy is Collectors I know I'm in for a fun time. Wave ten devices, third device in. I'm finishing it up, only to be grabbed by a posessed abomination as my smashbro stops kneeling on the ground. No problem, my smashbro stomps the abominations head and takes it out. Only the abomination brought friends, big friends. Just as my smashbro finishes the stomp animation, the Praetorian I was eyeing off lands from his flying animation, jumping right into the melee. I try to dodge backwards, but another melee from the crab has my smashbro staggering. As soon as I manage to dodge backwards properly - yep, you guessed it, my smashbro gets grabbed by the elastic of his undies and is promptly sync killed, body floating a comical distance away from the crab as the animation plays through. The two games prior? I didn't go down once. This one? Three times. Twice by Collector Troopers who scored lucky shots as I was health gated by a Scion and the third, well... by the space magic wielding crab.

Fortunate
FBGhost I was playing with a Volus Eng with a fairly competent team. The big problem however which has been constant as of late is that even though the players were decent at least one of them rushed to the lzone and thus essentially lead the others there as well far too early. I hung back and made my run but off curse rather than being clean the path was littered with phantoms and such. I got phantom gibbed in the enclose area closest to the lzone and of course was rather displeased however, low and behold I got the fall through the map gltich and fell right into the ezone with about 3 seconds left. Got extraction. Volus eng another class I am surprised I have been doing so well with, especially when none of the games have been vs the geth.
