Put a saber on quarksman and fight collectors. It actually is sort of OP

Loooool ! I didn't even remember the last time I had been kicked from a PUG game. When I dropped into the lobby (UUG), the host, who had a mic, welcomed me with a "Holy sh*t !" and then put me a kick vote. The second one followed 5 seconds later, and the third a few seconds after. I was playing a Smashguard with the Tempest SMG, so not the most antisocial or OP kit. The three guys had all a low level of N7 and CP, so my guess is that they thought that I would dominate them too much in the scoreboard. Still weird.

Was doing scimitar and brought the gi. Started a lobby and 2 complete slack offs and a decent guy joined. The decent one dc
And i had to carry wave after wave. I swear those twits stopped bloody trying after seeing i could clutch. They just run to a spawn and die. They didn't try hanging on as 5 secs later they're dead. A flamer trooper joined and he clutched just after i died and was out of gels. He spent all his consumables. Next wave we are all dead.

REACTORED!

 

Dropped my level 8 QMI into U/U/S, which turned out to be Reapers/Hazard Reactor.  I shrewdly avoided the button until the opportune moment to strike.  That opportunity came at Wave 6, a hack inside the reactor!  Everyone immediately piled inside, I hit the button and ran through.  I did turn around and revive everyone.  The game went smoothly after that, and one of the pugs took to hitting the button pre-emptively, for the rest of the game, to avoid getting cooked again.

 

As a bonus, the N7 Shadow did Shadow Strike to a Banshee that was 2 seconds away from getting cooked, so I got him twice.

 

After the full extracton, I was top score.  The host put a vote kick on me, but the other two pugs knew they were doomed without me, and didn't follow suit.  The host left the lobby.  Next game, free gear for me!

Grim68 and I were running with some PUGs earlier and decided to bring out the Volus domination. He ran the adept, me on the vanguard with Bat-gauntlet. We carried those pugs to glory!

I, too, feel this way. Decided to try a vorcha sentinel for the first time; I'm generally terrible when using a character the first time. So when I looked at the scores at wave six and found myself at twice that of everyone else, i was troubled.

 

These pugs were ******* stupid, too. I mean, I would go down TWENTY FEET AWAY. They would kill everything in the area, and then LEAVE ME THERE TO BLEED OUT. Seriously, guys? Seriously? 

 

Blargh. Sometimes these pugs make me want to fail on purpose.

Drew Reapers/Glacier/Gold, and decided to bring out my Batsent with a claymore. Two of the players didn't do much, but the host was playing a krogan adept with a reegar, and together we just annihilated everything. With his warps and incindiary ammo and my incindiary ammo and nets, we had tech and fire explosions everywhere. The whole thing was just silly fun. Ended up scoring within about 500 points of each other, which was cool too

Not really a pug, but don't feel like creating a new post. Dagger/P/Reaper. I was a vanilla HA. One of the later waves I hit a phantom with singularity then heavy meleed her. She started to fly off the map at the end of the long corridor, but then stopped. On my screen she was upside down about 20 feet up. From there she was shooting me and the other survivor of that wave. Down to just her but she is invincible. The host was trying to direct us as she was apparently very much on the ground but invisible to us. The other player had the launcher out and fired a missile when we finally found her as she gutted me. At least we knew exactly where she was.

Cute how it only seems to take a level 8 Volus Vanguard to lead on silver. Number 4 at least has an excuse, he joined mid game.

Overcooked

 

These PUGs that I joined as my GE who was only level 5 on Gold, kept getting cooked in the Reactor every time I pressed it. I think one of them tried to cook me in there, but just before I entered the reactor, I stopped myself because I thought I heard the reactor VI earlier. So whoever tried to cook me to burnt scraps failed. A decent match, but none of the PUGs were really Gold worthy since we were already struggling against Rippas.

Dropped into a Bronze game with my N7 Destroyer equipped with the Typhoon, to test the gun out before taking it to Silver. Since I took the Scorpion to Silver yesterday without testing it on the Asari Valkyrie and that was regrettable. Anyway, the game itself went smoothly and I do like the Typhoon, even if it's a little noisy. However the red overlay of Destroyer mode contrasts a little too much on the Hydra map, because now I have a headache. Gah.

Reactor Hazard, Cerberus, Gold. The reactor was ready to cook Cerberus and teammates, but the button would not activate for me - or anyone on the squad. Less fun than it could have been...!

That's what my frames looked like at the end of the match. I usually avoid carrying Plat games at all costs but somehow we made it to extraction. If it were any faction other than Collectors I think we would've wiped.

The last three games or so, I've scored in the ~190k range every time, but I can't seem to break that last 10k. Still, I think that's not bad for a Batsent using only sub net.

Ragequit.

 

Joined a Giant/Reaper GiP on wave 1 and stayed because all the other games I joined were even worse. On wave 7 we get an invincible Marauder, the pugs get a huge revive train going and they eventually die because nobody gelled. One guy ragequits, I solo wave 7 just fine, then on wave 8 the 2 remaining guys go down instantly and both ragequit, causing host migration. I guess pugs have now become so impatient that they aren't even willing to sit in spectator mode for a few minutes and get their free credits.

 

I just suicided after 2 mins of kiting wave 8 because nobody else joined. I made 37k credits with no equipment used so I don't really care.

Dropped into a U/U/G  - Reapers on Reactor . Others not very experienced so a fair bit of carrying for me but NP still enjoying the game and everyone playing as a team. Wave 9 and I am thinking that we might actually carry this off . I have plenty of gel and rockets left so can solo if needs be.

 

Get downed by something and waiting for a Banshee to pass me bfore gelling when team mate revives me right into a synch kill. Was reaching for my coffee at the time so didnt get the chance to say Nooooooo dont revive me !. Game over

As in, I forgot how frickin' scary good the HA is. Grinding promotions, trying to finish up N7 mastery, and took my lv16 HFA into a random Gold lobby. Drops me into a GiP on wave 3. If there's a better setup than Glacier/Reapers for a HA, I can't think of it.

Long story short, it was a massacre. Sub-16, full extraction. Finished up with somewhere in the neighborhood of 225k, topped the board by around 80k points. All without a single gold medal, which I thought was kind of weird.

 

On a related note: Moody7700, enough with the flamer already. I'm being serious. You can't use it. For the sanity of everyone around you, retire your Geth Trooper and never touch it again.

 

And your Vorcha while you're at it.

UUG gave us hydra/collectors. You know it's a good game when you see the message '4 players uploading' for >90% of a hack duration. We ended up with 82k credits, which is damn good IMO. Also, there was no w11 nuking or any random spawn nuking tbh. The only missiles used were when praetorians made it into the hack circle or when team mates were in danger.

Agreed. HA versus reapers is just unfair. Nothing can even hurt you.

 

Last game: Sigh.

 

Went into G/Giant/Cerberus with an anti-armor character. Didn't turn out so hot. Ended up not being able to medigel for some reason and getting squished by an atlas. Outscored everyone by 50%, but wiped at wave 9. 

Meh.
