Shockwave!
I was just using a Krogan adept on Goddess/Reapers so that I could complete the biotic mastery challenge, unfortunately the sniper had some objections to me spanning shockwave >.<
I'd have felt bad and stopped if they weren't so rude about it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Gross.
Geth/Dagger Hazard/Platinum. With a CSR...
Easy. LIke a blind walk in a park scurb.
Teamwork;
Yes, teamwork. In MY pugs? It's more likely than you think.
Had a good run on Platinum yesterday with some pugs. Last match was a roflstomp against Cerberus on FBW....QFI + Paladin + AIU + Hurricane Tsol is just brutal. Pretty even in score too... I came last with 157k (I blame the Indra), while the top was 170k or so. Not to mention everyone worked as a team, which was pretty amazing to see. I would've thought they were BSNers, except the relatively low challenge scores and incomplete manifests suggested otherwise.

You can't complain when Hazard Dagger comes up if you have an infinite ammo weapon. Instead you should just laugh at your poor teammates, especially if they have a Harrier.

LevelUp
I think I finally leveled up my playing skills again. I managed to haul a team that was constantly dying through a Cerb/Condor/Gold match. One where my team mates all decided that camping was the best option. But not the hill. The killing field at the bottom of the hill. But most importantly, I was able to solo the last 3 devices on Wave 10 objective where everyone else decided to hold a death/revive-fest around the second device. And then I finished off all the Phantoms, Engineers, and Atlases, and made it to the end to be Lone Survivor. All with a BatSent with no cloak, dodge, or equipment. Maybe I'm more than just another scrub after all. ![]()
Update:
Confirmed
My next match was a 42 minute Reaper/HReactor/Gold marathon, same character setup. Started with 2 PUGs with much higher CP than I have, plus one with only a couple hundred. Figured that would be no problem with 3 experienced people. Except one dropped out in Wave 2 or 3, and we never got a replacement. The inexperienced PUG tried, but kept getting grabbed, so it was mostly a duo. Felt like a solo mostly, even though the other guy wasn't terribly far behind me score-wise. Indeed, I had to clutch 2 or 3 of the later waves, because getting grabbed was just the new fashion trend. In the end, though, all 3 of us extracted, and I personally got 10WS without even using all my ops packs.
Team Campsauce.
Ever wondered what a game where a team camps the FB Dagger tower the entire time would look like? Well I had one of those earlier today and it's actually pretty good.
We had a Typhoon Destroyer lock down the long hall and LZ, a Talon Merc who put down a crap load of mines in the short hall and shot geth with his omni bow and two snipers: a Demolisher with a Black Widow and a Salarian Engineer me with a Valiant. The only geth unit that managed to slip through the giant ****** slap that is the combined firepower of 3 competent players AND the crap load of mines we had set up was a single Geth bomber, and needless to say, his kind wasn't welcome in Fort Kickass. The objectives, conveniently enough, were targets for wave 3 and 6, which we completed without leaving the tower. Wave 10 gave us devices which we also completed with flying colors (demolisher and destroyer stayed in the tower while Talon and myself disabled.)
The game took us a little less than 21 minutes, which admittedly is a little longer than if we hadn't camped but none of us used any gels or rockets and we would have had 10 WS if it weren't for our demolisher getting pounded by a simultaneous barrage from 2 primes.

Worst excuse of all time, especially if you were the QFI. Indra is OP when you can stagger mooks and put 10 rounds into their face.
git gud
BOOMBOOMBOOM
Collector Adept + Huntress + Novaguard (me, with Shockwave, Incendiary Rounds) + SI in my U/U/G lobby.
We get FB Goddess and Collector. At first I was a bit worried about Swarms and Praetorians, so I followed the Huntress and her Dark Channel.That was a really good decision, the Collectors got slaughtered. ![]()
Explosions everywhere --- at least where I was:
When none of the enemies around me were primed by biotic powers there was soon a Fire Explosion. And of course there were those unfriendly Explosions of Possessed Abominations (they are yellowish, right?).
Hack/Hack/Targets where rather easy with two priming players and me as detonator (only 3 points in Shockwave, going to use more the next time).
Was a really nice and fast paced game. But somehow they all left afterwards. ![]()
Husbando
My Justicar met a Krogard-Husbando who heavy melee'd back every wave. We had lots of reckless bubbling and charging against the Geth, got a really good rhythm going on a pair of primes with stagger, aggro, and reave explosions. 50/50 chance when we charged spawns we'd get murderized or we'd wreck, but still super fun and led to pretty decent extraction times.
Unfortunately my Justicar is now a widow because she couldn't get a missile out in time to stop an Atlas sync in our last game ;.;
LeFrench
My french is rusty. Ran into some french speakers. That was fun. We communicated okay but I did struggle a little; I had to apologize for not talking much due to "losing most of my vocabulary from not speaking much" and occasionally made comments like "I can't pull my trigger, I need to refill my gun" because I forgot how to say things like "Making an ammo run."
Ended up adding all three of them to friends. They weren't stellar (Medium level uncommons/ low level rares on Gold) but they at least tried to stay alive and generally did decently overall, and it will be good practice for the future.

I was in a game with you, about 15 mins ago.
Cerb/Hydra.
Didn't think you were playing a Justicar though?

The Husbando one was one I wanted to mention from last night.
Cerb/Hydra, I was the Tsent in the orb lab. I wish I had brought a better anti-Phantom class than HVB Acolyte, considering how fast we were spawning them at extract x.x

This happens to me all the time. I assume it's the alt accounts of people who've played with me before ![]()
Also, I would have liked your post for "misunderestimated" but I've used my quota for today.
They're not alts, they just don't want some high CP god stealing all their kills. That's my guess.
um, maybe. It's not like the gauntlet is a fast killing machine. Pretty fun when i'm bored though ![]()
I even went on the mic after the 2nd kick vote - trying to talk through it... no joy.
@marksmad:
no worries,
although, i hear likes can buy you happiness

I'd prefer if they dropped ultra-rares.
