Reactor/Reapers. I was inside the reactor when I saw three Brutes coming at me: two from the sides and one by the rear entrance. With some quick TGI jet maneuvers, I managed to dodge the two charging ones from the sides. I tried dodging the one in front of me, too, but I was too close to him. He charged at the same time I used the jets to retreat, and just as I put my feet on the ground again, he hit me, and....

 

...I wake up in my bed. It was all a dream.

 

I think I play ME3MP a little too much

Pugs are getting awesome these late day, you can just spectate the whole match

Ok I'm not suprised at people who can play at 100+ FPS but what amazes me is that it doesn't hinder their time. I was just in a GIP pug with a host running the game at apparently more than 100 FPS because my Infidrell never had shields on and if I saw just one measly trooper of any kind meant that I was dead. Hell even the damn ops packs didn't help much so after a while I decided that it's just not my day and spectated the whole damn match up from wave 6 hack (London/reapers/platinum) to the end.

But the pugs seemed to had a casual match wit only a few downs. The objectives were - targets, hack, targets and somehow I ended up in the 3rd place.

Had a Volus following me all night in dagger/Cerberus on platinum spamming shield boost non stop on my TGI (like it's needed.....) Anyway ended successfully although a long game due to the quite low damage done by my new shield boost spamming Volus friend.

Ran into a pretty good melee puggernaut last night. He didn't die at all on Jade/reapers and only once on Glacier/collectors, while picking the rest of us off the floor. Was impressed.

Dagger Hazard (Collectors) and a Vorcha Flamer behind my back tons of times...not the best setup for a Saber wielder :/

 

Still, decent and unremarkable match. Except for that Batarian Reegar guy who kept getting downed and didn't extracted.

Started an UUP pug with 4 more or less decent players. Collector at Hazard Glacier. From wave 2 on, we had to duo. Don't know if due to disconnects or the other two just left. Nevertheless we, geth flamer and my scorpion destroyer, made it to wave 10. Just after finishing the escort we both bled out. No consumables left.

Dropped into gold collectors on firebase white hazard which took a while to load. When it did, there was a praetorian hovering over my corpse. I gel and rocket, turn to see another praetorian, rocket it. Then use OPS to make it inside the building. There was only 1 teammate at the time and they were working on devices.

It finally happened. Using my PC account I landed in a UUG lobby with my N7 150 Revenant TSol. And got insta-kicked by the other two players with N7 of about 300 and 1000 respectively.

 

Guess I need to become respectable if this is not to be a regular occurrence.

Ridiculously Awful

 

I keep going back to the Vorcha Hunter and speccing him as a melee class, expecting it to actually work. I really need to remind myself that it never works. Maybe a post-it note on my desk, or something.

 

I don't even wanna talk about my score. Didn't help that I was playing with a Harrier TGI host and a Reegar AIU, either...

Dat dam Volus!!

 

Reactor/Reapers, and the second time I've ever seen a Volus in Platinum (and I haven't played that much on Platinum...). Only that this time he was SB-spamming everywhere. Although that + his Acolyte, he was a pretty decent debuffer. Add to that a mostly melee jugg, and there was a nice mix of support-offensive oriented classes (the other two being a Reegar Batguard, and my TGI-Harrier).

 

It was OK, only that I was afraid the whole time of running into the reload bug.

 

BTW, it's me or Platinum has the highest ragequit ratio of all four difficulties? I've never seen people quitting so much while in mid-game

N7 rank is worthless. Challenge is where it's at. Someone can leech forever and have 50,000 N7 rank from promotion spamming, but challenge ranks show actual attempts to try everything, learn anything, perform with everything, and of course, be a team player. Take it from someone who sees people with 5x his N7 score (Mine is over 2000) but 1/4 his challenge score (Mine is over 20,000) being utterly useless regularly. And of course, anyone worth playing with knows this about stats.


Anyways, back to my last pug in one word:

So due to my BotB banner and stats, I'm having a hard time finding silver games to relevel recent promotions since "OMG LET'S CRANK IT UP TO PLATINUM THIS LEVEL 8 CAN CARRY US!" So I finally find a decent silver Lobby. Game starts, and I'm lagging too bad to do anything. I'm unloading a full Hurricane X clip into a Geth Trooper's face only for us to both simultaneously die 10 seconds later. So I quit game and look for a new lobby.

... after the game plunks me into the SAME MATCH no less than 5 times in a row, I ragequit completely. I'm done ME3 for the day.

Giant Hazard / Collectors / Gold with a good team. The lucky bit though was that on wave 6 targets I was just in exactly the right place at exactly the right time. With the other 3 by the LZ I was at the bottom of the ramp by the ammo box, where I prefer to start - then run up into the room with the panels, down to the room where the ammo crate is and onto the balcony to shoot things as they spawn by the ladder.

 

First target is in the room at the back, with the ammo box and I'm half way there when it appears. 1 rocket, 1 killstreak.

 

Second target spawns down by the ladder so it's a quick run to the balcony and another rocket and another killstreak.

 

Third target is back in the room with the ammo box right behind me... yup, third rocket, third killstreak.

 

The last one was just a Captain that jumped up by the ladder where the second spawn was, so just back to the balcony, switch to the Valiant and Sabotage Headshot.

 

 

That was a really lucky, really fast wave 6

Met a decent pug in a Silver game, so we bumped it up to Gold afterwards.  Of the 2 Gold Pugs, one had a Piranha with a piercing mod and AP ammo and refused to fix it, the other one went into a tirade after getting sync killed that Banshees are n*ggers and he is a member of the KKK but they aren't actually racists and how he is selling his Gamecube.

 

We muted him and let him bleed out every wave.  Back in the lobby, No Hablo English Armor Piercing Piranha helped us to kick him.

I'm also ashamed of my ancestors because of their contribution to that (I'm spanish). I'd have liked to see how those cultures would had developed if they were left alone.

 

Guess I agree with Wiks and Maelon in that ^^ (except for the horrible and painful experiments....I agree to those only when applied to Deerber ).

I know, right? The operative words were "my PC account". On Xbox I have N7 > 4k and CP > 28k. But the PC pugs don't know that.
