AFAIK, as long as you don't shoot when joining a match, you don't lose your gear.

I do nuke spawns too...it's not an issue unless you're on an Objective Wave, and gives the others the Killstreak medal.

Yes I know, still can't figure it out. Anyway the probability of running into them again is quite small so it doesn't really matter.

OK, can someone explain me why lots of high N7/Challenge points guys are some of the worst players I've ever seen?

...I don't get it. Seriously. Wave 5 wipeout on Reactor/Geth.

 

And on top of that, one of them (BoTB banner if I remember correctly) was calling a puggernaut "noob". While he was bled out. And also at the bottom of the scoreboard.

Confusion

 

I hate when someone brings the Geth Plasma Shotgun to a Geth match. I can never tell if it's the teammate in question the one who's using it, or if there's a Hunter on my back D:

a BSNer accepted my friend request, we ended up playing with some very high-level capable players, all with full manifests.   The knowledge shared, gained, and all around tomfoolery/massive death to enemies/laughing the whole time "you didn't see that" when I miss a heavy melee with my Krogan...

Priceless.
 
I now have a wonderful Geth Engineer build, we all were playing U/U/G and I don't have a lot of really good ultra-rares, and just got my first IV consumable today.  Fact is, my GE was already built right (great confidence builder) and now with the Raider, he's pretty unruly. I didn't get that gun before at all. I apologized how my "Platinum Clutch" is a Jug, and they told me to "shut up" literally, because why should I apologize? They were impressed I was even there, and it was a great time.

To be honest, I felt way, waaay behind... and I had the highest end-game scores of my life.  It was pretty fun.

Played a game and received 6 million credits for it...can I actually spend these now or are bans still continuing? If not how can I reset to the appropriate level?

That's hardly ugly. Less uglier than missile glitch that just destroys the game for everyone.

True someone hacking credits is less offensive than missile glitching as it doesn't take away from the game experience, but hacks are still that.  

 

Now back to the 2nd question how do I get rid of the excess or do I just have to spend them on JEPs if I don't want to cheat manifest progress?

Only way to get rid of it is to spend it in the store, so JEPs is the best way.

Not as bad as some other hacks no, but people really shouldn't host these games without letting the people join know in advance, some of us don't want free credits this way.

That doesn't work all the time. You can still lose your gear even if you don't shoot.

Synergy

 

My human engineer landed in a lobby with a vorcha soldier and a juggernaut; a paladin joined shortly afterwards, everyone equipped fully and readied up, and U/U revealed itself to be...  White/Geth!

 

Everyone stuck together most of the time and there were almost non-stop tech/cryo/fire explosions.  Primes went down in seconds.  In fact hunters became the most deadly foe, since explosion animations + cloak made them truly invisible until there were three shooting you point-blank.

 

I was honestly surprised when the clock at the end said 26 minutes.  It felt a lot faster.

Vorcha'd

Landed in a lobby with a Juggernaut, Vorcha and HE, I believe - a lone wolf and BotB banner, but I can't remember who was who.

 

Gold/Reapers/Goddess came and it was a pleasant clusterf**k with lots of hilarious vorcha noises via mic - boy, those guys were chatty. Ended up topping the scoreboard (0.o) with my AA, but it didn't matter - the whole affair kept me laughing for the rest of the evening.

Set up a pug lobby and a Destroyer came in. He readied up, and so I readied up too(I was KroSol). At the end of Wave 1 I decided to use Mult-Frags on my KroSol and he looked so ******* confused.

So thanks to a new Origin friend, I finally enabled in-game text chat Probably old news for some, but literally until yesterday I've never seen it used before. I used it to cheer my team and amuse myself while in spectator mode (Geth/Jade).

 

I was in a blink of posting the procedure of how to do it, but I was afraid of doing it because it could open the doors to an entire generation of cheaters. But I'd also like to make it a bit more popular...(300+ hours and I've only seen it used once). Soooo....crashsuit, any advice? Can the in-game console be used for cheating/exploiting/bad things in general?

 

Edit: Yeah, you can if you're the host, so not posting anything...:/ Oh, well. I'll just enjoy my monologues

London Cerberus and I got Geth Engie w/Falcon. We make it to wave 10 (not pretty) and it's targets. I rocket the first 3 and an now out. 2 people bleed out (they rage gelled a lot earlier). Now it's just me an a Jug and he's paying no attention to the mission at all. I use mic and plead with him to rocket the last target with 20 seconds left. Instead, he tries to melee the atlas. Mission fail, on the other hand I did get top score in a 30 minutes match.

AF Novaguard

 

...Gold is still difficult with that class (well, at least for my tastes), but setting a biotic explosion with AF after a Charge to a group of enemies, then detonating it with Nova is.....OHHHHHH!!!!

 

Plus it never gets old to freak out other players with that build
