Translation: Ragequit from the lobby repeatedly, kept getting the same team. Did NOT want to play with them. Level 1-4s with No challenge rank or promotions in gold. No. Three of them.

On topic: Great!  Ran into a player names Bretwald who was quite good.  He kept hosting so I stayed and kept playing, trying a bunch of different classes.  I think we played six or seven games and all were pretty good--much better than the average PUG.

A krogan vanguard should not charge into a spawn without checking that a Banshee isn't hiden behind a Marauder. Well, at least not if he doesn't want to spend two entire waves in spectator mode.

 

Might have been me .  Key word is "hidden."  Sometimes, you just have to go for it (name that film)!  Most of the time I manage to avoid her by backpedaling though.  Mostly.
 

 

I've missed 3 times before.  I....was.....not....happy.....

Yesterday I was in a laggy game (gotta blame it on something, right?).  I fired, once, twice, three times no gravy ... my temper kicked me into Rage Mode and I popped off three more: bam bam bam!  I think it was the last one that got the two Scions and Praetorian that were stickin' together like glue.  How the heck I missed with the previous five I just can't fathom.  Had to be lag.  Yeah ... that's it.

 

Needless to say, I've been buying a lot of Jumbo Equipment Packs today, meh.

Thus answering the ancient question, 'how many praetorians can dance on the head of a prime?"

Vanguards!

Dropped into a lobby with just two Slayers in it, both with alt banners and fully equipped, so I switched to my Slayer also.  A fourth joins us, and I'm hoping for an all-Slayer match; instead, the 4th readies up his Volus Protector.  Worked better than I could have hoped!  Four of us running around Vancouver spamming phase disruptor while the volus kept our barriers topped up.  Never locked up once.  Plenty of tech bursts and fire explosions.

Ended up playing three more matches with them - different classes, but reasonably smooth.  Well, not so much the one were I was the volus; I keep forgetting to cloak.  Good PUGs though.

3 times ! I've myself missed an Atlas a few times (or a Praetorian jumping at the last second) but never more than once.

 

 

Don't feel bad....lag will have your missles go thru them. I shot a missle at a praetorian and it went clean through him, i also liked how it shot lasers from behind while it was pre-occupied with another teammate...took me out and chomped on the said teammate at the same time...a praetorian that knows how to multi-task....XD

I think I prefer it when the missile clips clean through. When it hits but doesn't do damage, that's just a mean kick in the face.

Oh I don't feel bad, I find it more fun than anything and as you said, sometimes missiles are simply not doing anything even if aimed right. 

 

"Buttlasers" are indeed quite hilarious, especially when they pass through 3 meters of cover and instakill you  !

Also, I hate Turrets even more than the other three.

This guy managed to miss two times in a row the target with his missiles. The target was an... Atlas . When I saw that, I took my missile but then I saw that he was determined to continue so I let him have his revenge. He got the Atlas at third attempt  .

This actually happened to me yesterday on a platinum game on hydra and it was an atlas too....you got me thinking there for a sec. I actually went back to check if I bumped into you yesterday. Glad you weren't there to witness my scrubbiness

Gold Geth. All randoms. Game ended in 20:xx mins with no rockets except switching targets on wave 6. Got the black screen or would've stayed for another round.

Edit: forgot to mention that it was on Rio, that's why I thought it was amazing.

Yep, two shots not a single enemy dead, third got him. And it was as you Described; I was determined to get that damn Atlas. And I happened to notice the pug next to me pulling out his rocket then put it back as he saw me struggling getting that atlas.that's why I went back to check 'people met' menu to see if your name was there lol.

So, against my better judgement, I go with gold, geth, london. 2 teammates are sub 3k, no consumables, but I'm Kro-Sent. Seems like they don't know how to use consumables and bleed out a lot. I keep on trucking with a couple solos. Wave 11, i bleed out having used up all my consumables. I figure the team is toast, when they suddenly start using rockets and gels. I'm the only one that doesn't make extraction.

 

Why?

So I did something to anger the collecters, because whenever I turned a corner, they all would aggro on me. Doing Dagger with Phoenix Vanguard, and seeker swarms were shadowing me all match. Scions were snipping me across the map despite that teammates were less than 10 feet away shooting at them.

Not game it self, that went fairly smooth, but the behavior of one of the players who joined mid wave one.

 

Constantly yelling and raging at the host for "hiding", "not taking any of the hits", and "stealing kills". Calling him things like "little B***h" and "F**king c**t". I got on the mic at one point and told him what I thought, of course he then started in on me. This wasn't a young guy either, he sounded like a full adult.

 

When we finished the game and got back to the lobby I expected that he would be a fairly new player, but nope, turns out he has:

 

70k challenge points 

11k N7

1600 hours played

4500 games

On my third attempt after various disconnected EA server problems (including one where I wasted level 4 consumables *raise middle finger*), I finally managed to go into a Gold match in Ghost vs Reaper (midway on wave 3... go figure...) Using all level 3 consumables, with a level 3 Black Widow.

 

And then, THIS HAPPENS.

 

 

The game freezes at THIS EXACT SECOND.

 

.......................................................Ugh. At least I managed to get a Black Widow IV soon afterwards.

Had an experience like this with a player whose gt was something like "te_det" ( guess the missing letter, which is one of the first three letters in the alphabet). Immediately blocked him as soon as the game ended....

Shenanigans!  In back to back games.  Things that make you toss your hands in the air and roll your eyes.

 

Shenanigans #1:  FB Hydra reapers, I am a bat adept with two infils so i am getting beat on pretty good.  Myself and an infil have flanked a banshee and are attacking from a distance.  She shoots a warp ball at the other guy.  As it is heading towards him he cloaks and steps back, the warp turns in a 90 arc and hits my bar right in the face.

 

Shenaigans #2:  FB London, collectors.  I am at the top bridge, a possessed captain leaps up from below and I falcon punch him in the snout, he drops down below.  But i know he is going to jump back up and i can finish him with a 2nd punch.  He does indeed jump back up but not in front of me from the crate, he jumps up through the floor right behind me and proceeds to carve me up.  I just get by punch off as he downs me.
