Unflammable
The GT in the lobby had an Acolyte with a power amp and Cryo Ammo. Obvious Flamer Spammer build. I selected TSent, we got Reactor, I followed him to his spot and shot a few Overloads at him, then shadowed him for the first two Waves.
He didn't use a single Flamer during those two Waves.
After I decided to follow the AIU instead, I started hearing Flamer noises off in the distance. Why would he NOT want me to detonate them for him?
Melee City
Darker Pharoah hosted a U/U/P and we got Cerberus Vancouver. He unfortunately got dc'd wave 3ish and was unable to rejoin, so it was down to my shadow and HMan616's biotic exploding melee krodept for the rest of the match. Needless to say, things were punched, slammed, shadow striked and decapitated with extreme prejudice; not even the atlases were safe. Probably the most enjoyable match I've had in quite awhile.
There was also a volus in there somewhere who restored my shields.
And finally - and funniest of all - we all went Asari (Justicar, Commando, Valkyrie, and Huntress) and landed on White vs Geth. First, you never heard so many biotic explosions. Second, you definitely never heard so many Asari heavy melees in such a short space of time. In between every wave, and sometimes during waves. The Geth were VERY confused, and we laughed a lot.

Picking that guy up off the floor got me downed a few more times than I would have liked 
Teamwork
Decided to finally give my smashguard a spin, so I look for some silver games. Join Giant/Reapers on wave nine. So, not much spinning to be done.
After the game is done, host changes to Dagger/Reapers/Gold. So I figure, better go with something I'm comfortable with. Switch to my asari vanguard, two others switch to juggernaut and geth trooper. We get joined by level one juggernaut with low N7 and CP.
The game starts and the low level juggernaut gets mauled by cannibals twice in matter of minute and gets executed by one(hungry fella, he must have been ) and ragequits. We get a krentinel in his place.
From there on, it was quite a poetry. The jugg camped in observation room and we led banshees to him and they all focused their attacks on him, while we destroyed them quite rapidly. The rest of us ran across the map and destroyed whatever spawned. Brutes, ravagers, marauders... nothing lasted long. I spent four missiles on wave six targets, one ammo pack and one op pack, but no other consumables. There were some revives, but none of us had even a five revives medal at the end
Scoreboard shows jugg firmly in the last place, but it mattered not. He did his job and stayed alive most the time. Seriously, I think he only died once.
I feel sorry for all you guys that have bad experience with juggernauts. I've seen a lot of them. But today, I've seen a true juggernaut in action and he was a really valuable piece of the team. Without him, this game wouldn't have gone nearly as smooth.
So to you, my French friend, I salute you. Keep on truckin'
Juggernauts like those are invaluable even on Platinum. I remember having an easy game thanks to one of them, especially with Phantoms around.
Disappointing.
I haven't played in a couple of weeks. Hosted a reapers gold game with Fury. Got a Drell Adept (lvl 10 crusader, lvl 4 equipment) and an Asari adept. Splodey fun times ahead I thought... how wrong was I.
I didn't see the Asari use warp or throw once in the entire match and I haven't seen so many pulls used on Brutes since I stopped playing bronze.
End result 28 minute game... back to Wasteland 2 for a bit.

AIU Pug rage quitted after getting outscored by my VMS. Despite all the rockets and the times he bailed on the circle hacks to get some kills.
Does Pull prime for a biotic explosion? Because that's the only reason I can see for it to be used on any armored unit. Much less a Brute that's not going to go anywhere just due to its weight.

It will, but only if the target is actually lifted off the ground, which only happens to unarmoured, unshielded, unbarriered units.
Fun
Had a couple of games hosted by Airdessi, who might as well be a BSNer - hiding missile launcher, good player - and some other decent PUG's. Good games, even the last one on dagger where some glitches showed up and forced me to leave afterwards.
