Played a game with a Venom weilding krogan and a flamer happy vorcha....
The guys was killing stuff, but somehow i just kept getting caught in the line of fire, which resulted in alot of blinding flames and unrelentless screen shake....good game tho..

No, not united as a cohesive unit or any of that. United in our weapon choice: HARRIERS EVERYWHERE! GI, Destroyer, Demolisher, KroSol. Cerberus was routed by their own weaponry.
I had a pug like that a while back. One of the very few sub-15 minute, 5 waves survived Gold pugs I've ever had. Except with people from here, of course.

I have had a recurring theme the past week, either:
A) I enter an ongoing game and am immediately gibbled upon entering with no chance at all of even moving before being downed or even sync killed (happened twice)
or
Dieing in the Ezone with less than 3 seconds left. Which has happened about 4 times this week. go down with about 5 or 6 seconds left? You have a chance, go down after the timer goes to zero? you have a chance, go down with 3 seconds left? you have no chance.

UUP dropped in a wave 2 game with two down and one left, Coll/White, me Volus Engi PPR. Cleared the wave, then keep playing.
The team is sub par, like a bad gold PUG in Plat.... I cleared most of the wave and keep them alive but they insisted in hanging in the old mid level farming zone (and die...).
I soloed/duoed some wave and the objective (they where not bad, just low hitting overall and not mobile)
Wave 8 start....
Player 1 and 2 drop dead in seconds, player three get instangibbed/grabbed/stomped threreafter...
I had the mic but nobody was talking, so i started to soloed wave 8 and it took a good 10 minutes kiting and killing and I heard at one point a mic get plugged in and I chimed "It will take me a while". No answer.
I finished the wave and the guy let go the breath and say: "that was...... I don't know that to say....insane".....

We folded at 9, even spectating me for 10 bloody minutes did not teach them to move and kite and I got phantom ****** slapped around....
Was epic anyway. Good job my green littel guy...

That was the best part about using Jacob as a squadmate in ME2 (other than the Squad Incendiary Ammo, that is). He would constantly Pull enemies and then shoot them out of the air with his Shotgun. Because of the ragdoll physics, they would actually go flying pretty far, especially if he used the Eviscerator. It was so much fun to watch.
Finally an UR card (first in 25 packs) and it's the "Mighty" Spitfire, now I have it at V. Take it for a test on the Juggernaut and promise myself never to use it again.

Platinum! 
Finally got around to trying Platinum today, extremely difficult but things didn't go as badly as expected and I ended up playing a few matches with a friend, all against Cerberus. I used the TGI + Harrier for the first match so I could see the difference compared to gold and not be a burden. Switched to the Geth Trooper after that and staggered mooks with the Falcon, using the flamer on anything that got too close.
The randoms that joined us were a mixed bunch, the best of them stuck with us for two games and wrecked everything with a Drell Adept and MQI, unfortunately I can't remember their name but would still like to say thanks for making things a whole lot easier and sorry if I annoyed you with the flamer.
The worst was a very lazy Juggy who hid for most of the game, only emerging to occaisionally siege pulse things...

Reminded me of a good HowTo Volus, but confused Spitfire with Typhoon. It took me some valuable minutes to find it, so I can post it:

Give it a try, the sentinel does not give a darn about cooldown for the most part, slap extended barrel and AP round.... (or incendiary)
Stupidity
Hydra/Reapers/Gold
I was using the Juggy and a BatGuard followed me for most of the game charging and punching Banshees and Brutes, he got downed a lot but eventually he pushed his luck too far and a Banshee I was distracting turned her attention to him and synced him. He almost got synced again later but I managed to save him by staggering the Banshee that got him.
The TGI wasted most of/all his missiles nuking the bosses I was dealing with, that annoyed me quite a bit because there were plenty of other enemies that needed killing and I had the situation under control.
It wasn't all bad though, the Quarian Engineer did well and with the creds I got for the match, I got a Premium Spectre pack that had a Paladin upgrade.

Hydra/Cerberus/Platinum
We start the game with 3 players and everthing is running very nicely, unfortunately the 3rd player leaves (I'm guessing lost Connection) and we get 2 pugs that have no business at all in Platinum.
Wave 10 objective is devices, we get 3 of them but fail the last one, the 2 new pugs are of course dead but the enemy is now spread all over the map, it's close but we just can't get the 4th device before the timer runs out....
Pugging platinum (and gold) can be very frustrating as way to many that have no business even playing silver join the games.

I joined a game in progress and a Vorcha Sentinel had recently got the particle rifle and was testing it out. He was less than impressed. I helpfully explained the whole ammo thing (he wasn't using an extended mag) and offered to play my own PR user on the next match to give a better example of what it's capable of. "Sure, whatever you want, but you don't need to feel like you need to show me!" Heh, I hadn't played that kit in awhile, I was itching for it.
Next game, I brought out THIS thing. Broke 200k points.
The problem? Vancouver has 2 LZs side by side. I only left myself enough time to get to the wrong one. Only one to break like 70k or so was the only one who failed to extract. Go figure!
