My QFI found herself in a U/U/S lobby with the host playing a geth (trooper or infiltrator, don't remember). We started the match as a duo, got Giant Hazard/Geth. He dropped twice in wave 1 and promptly ragequit. Sigh.
Decided to stick around solo to see what would happen. Got most of the way through wave 1 before some pugs appeared. One was an N7 Shadow packing a Piranha who seemed like a reasonable player, about the same level as me. The other was a human engineer who needed a lot of help, tended to wander off on his own and dropped a lot. We couldn't always get to him to rez him so had to duo one or two of the waves; but all credit to him, he stuck it out. We had a third pug at one point but he didn't stick around for long.
By wave 9, I was short of gel, ops packs and missiles and thought we might wipe. Got pinned a couple of times and had to panic-missile. I can't honestly say I've mastered Silver, it was hard work, though enjoyably so. Geth can be brutal without a much-better-than-me player like Quarian Master Race to help me out :-) Being short of ops packs serves to focus the mind, n'est-ce pas?
We made it to extraction. There were Primes, Hunters and Pyros everywhere, and the last few metres of Giant are an obstacle course, which is my excuse for not quite making the LZ in time. Neither did the N7 Shadow. The human engineer, who had probably been camping there while the things were swarming around the rest of us, was the lone survivor :-)
'Scuse the camera flash and shaky hands...

If you'd told me a week ago that I'd have done that on Silver, I wouldn't have believed you. The fact that I managed it playing as my darling QFI was the icing on the cake :-)
The engineer quit the lobby promptly after the match, so I started another game with the N7 Shadow. Got Hydra/Cerberus, and a couple of other pugs dropped in soon after. One was a Flamer vorcha, the other some flavour of asari. It was a much more comfortable game, all four of us were of roughly equal ability. I came third on the scoreboard, though there wasn't masses of difference between the four of us. Didn't manage 20 headshots this time though, difficult to aim through the constant Flamer. (Well, that's my excuse :-)
I did the pugs using the M-13 Raptor. I hadn't used it much in multiplayer, though liked it in SP. I tried it on a whim yesterday and it just clicked, I like the lower-power scope, the weapon just seems to fit with my playstyle. Mel'Kayviem makes it sing :-) I've also realized that now I'm more used to Silver and taking a bit less damage, I no longer need the shield booster gear on her, so I've replaced it with the vulnerability VI for extra headshotty goodness.
So yeah, a couple of decent games, made all the sweeter because I played well as my favourite character :-)
